The service was amazing since I stepped in the hotel. The staff was professional and understanding for the needs. Room was so comfortable and air conditioning was great. The main restaurant is wonderful and good variety of food. I for sure recommend the hotel for everyone when they visit the beautiful Luxor.

This hotel was perfect for our staying in luxor, reception gave us a room upgrade and all the comforts we needed. Definitely going there again. Rooms are spacy, clean and with all the needs. Hotel has a variety of different restaurants with the best tastes. Also spa and gym were great to use. Rating 11/10

I stayed at this hotel with my parents & my sister for 2 weeks. The hotel is exceptional. The staff really do go out their way for you & the hotel in itself is extremely clean & tidy. The rooms are really nice, with balconies & either a nile view, courtyard or pool view. The AC also comes in handy in such a hot country! Overall, I rate my experience here a 10/10. I would most definitely come again. Everybody is so friendly & the staff also understand & speak english which is good for those that cannot speak arabic. The views are amazing from the hotel, the food here is also phenomenal. The food portions are massive! and are at a good price too. I've tried the Italian, lebanese & the thai restaurants here and the food is made to absolute perfection. An exiting experience. The stuff was very nice and they have the best nile view ever. Also the small boats’ cruise through the nile was amazing. The location is incredibly perfect with fast access to all the city. I will stay again and again in this incredible hotel.

Loved the hotel and the friendly staff. enjoyed my coffee at the terrace on the Nile. Rooms were always clean. The Location is great as it's 15 minutes from the City center / local shops / Luxor temple. I would stay there again whenever i am in luxor.
