The workers were very polite and helpful, but didn't get in the way. They did our laundry for really cheap, and offer free breakfast , and other meals for a small price. AC, nicely furnished. Similar to a hostile. Located in a Nubian village next to Aswan, a 10 min drive to the Aswan Dam and 25 min from the... More

This place is for those who want to get away of the hustle-bustle of Egyptian cities. You'll be in a peaceful, tranquil Nubian village. (It's a prime spot other Aswan travellers will have to take a boat or a taxi in order to visit, and for you it'll be right at your doorstep.) The village is very poor, but people... More

I intended to stay in the ENG for just two nights and ended up staying nearly a week. This was mainly due to the wonderful owner Khaled who I am amazed hasn't gone bankrupt due to his generosity and hospitality. He became a real friend during my time in Aswan and made my visit there particularly special. The guesthouse is... More

The owner , Khaled, went out of his way to help me, even inviting me to a Nubian wedding and picking me up at the airport . The view of Asqan and tge Nile from the rooftop terrace is wonderful . The free breakfast is a real meal that will last you all day. I don't usually recommend hotels but... More

Stayed at the guesthouse for 3 nights and it wasn't at the level of my expectations. Rooms: 1/10 bathrooms are a mess and water heater blew up and no one fixed it. Food: good in qulaity but not quantity (only chicken or meat had this problem) Hospitality: 2/5 Location: very bad and far from the nile and everything.

It was clean, neat and they offered good food and i loved it. The view from upstairs where we had food and where we could stay was lovely at all times of day. They are expanding new places for people to stay and i guess after they finish it would be more beautiful. It is good for family or alone... More

The place is a remote village off Aswan City... you can't go around without coordinating with the owner, Khaled, because he is the only one who has transportation in the vicinity. Before I continue, let me remind you that it is a Guesthouse and not a hotel, so do bring your toiletries. Though it has towels for everyone, don't expect... More
