We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. The hotel website pictures are not consistent with what you experience. The hotel was dirty and run down. I have been to four star hotels that are not new, but they are at least clean and service is good... this was not. Breakfast on the first 2 days was served on styrofoam plates. Day 3 there were more guests and it was better and buffet style that day. But definitely not consistent. We returned here for one more day at the end of our trip and were assigned an even dirtier room with stains on the carpets that had not been vacuumed in a long time. This time the heat didn’t work and the staff offered no help other than charging us for tea.
It’s good located near the grand pyramid but the bridge in front of the hotel make it not clean without clear view. The food is low quality not good taste and The toilet is average cleaned Rooms is moderate furnishings Staff try their best to help you but with minimal tools
Nice big rooms, nice staff, however, they must take care of the cleanness. The breakfast was normal due to COVID-19 but the standard not good for me The drinks were two options only and no coffee :( The air-condition not working in the lobby
The security of the hotel harass with the tourists, it's not saved at all. the security pf the hotel harassed my customer. I called their manager. no one made anything. the worst hotel in Cairo. So bad
A lovely hotel in the busy Giza, once you inside all city noise subside. Great pool area with lovely bar area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was good.
Very old. Neglected. The breakfast is bad and includes old vegetables and bread. The room has nothing in it and the fridge is terribly neglected. We needed to call the staff every day to ask for toilet paper. There are constructions in the street and it is dangerous and impossible to walk there. No safe option to get out without a car. Stay away!
We had to take the Manager up to our room to prove the bad state of the room, not vaccuumed, the bathroom not cleaned at all, the beds were made, not sure if the linen was changed!! Manager's response, this happens. The breakfast was poor, the bread and pastries stale and dry, omletes made ahead of time and stacked on a dish, long wait for a cup of coffee, fruit not very fresh. The wait staff not so friendly. Made it difficult for us to justify a tip. The road to the hotel is extremely poor and the area very dusty and dirty. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel was average with room amenities very poor.No iron and tea and coffee services were available.Breakfast was average with no fruits available and pastries and bread very dry.Butter and tea sachets were scarce. The road to the hotel in extremely poor condition and area very dusty. The lobby quite welcoming and some of the staff very helpful and friendly.Overall we had an average experience and will not recommend to anybody.A downtown hotel is probably a better choice.
Nice hotel with good staff but quite old. The bed was comfy and breakfast was soso with fair choice. As our flight was early, the hotel’s packed our breakfast which is a plus point. The road leading to the hotel was horrific with no tar and dusty.
Be aware to stay here. i have stayed here 2 times before in 2016 and 2017 but in May 2019 we had a worst experience in this hotel. out of the 20 rooms we booked for our group nearly 9 rooms were shabby and no AC. I have to go to each and every room for various complaints and the Hotel staff totally not responsive and lethargic. only on the next day i warned the people that i will publish the review in Trip Advisor then they heard to do something and atlast kept water and fruits in each room . i dont know wether the tour company did or the hotel management. any way please try to figure out some best Hotels and stay peacefully.
