Stayed here for a week and got to say it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in Egypt. Not the actual hotel itself but the reception staff are the most rudest, unhelpful bunch of people I have ever met. No smile, no welcome, no eye contact. Everything we asked for was a no or don't... The food was terrible the restaurant is small so u can barely find a place to sit And you have to pay for the drinks. I liked the room . But there was a lot of noise because of the weddings parties every night in the hotel until 1 am.

We stayed for one night, hotel is not clean, pool is not maintained .. rooms cleanness is better than the hotel first impression, our room had a weird smell though, I guess it needed ventilation. Hotel visitors were allowed to swim in the pool with their cloth on! Won't be going back

Always barter when priced for something, don't be shy! Oh yeh and always ask for meter to be put on when jumping into a taxi or be ready to pay... More
