Many small issues. Not like what Four Seasons should be. Some examples. Room not being cleaned. Repeating the same request over and over and over. Nothing was easy. Room A/C made noises. Room key needed to be reset every day.
A nice place with helpful team members and nice well equipped rooms. Very wide rooms with Egyptian Nile view. Very good meeting rooms and good snacks. We had dinner at Aura restaurant with very good variety of food. It have very nice location
We stayed at this hotel our last two nights in Cairo. This Hotel is next level classy! The outside of the hotel was beautifully decorated with a huge Christmas tree and the lobby decorated with stunning glittery Christmas decorations. You are immediately greeted by the impeccably dressed greeter. The rooms are luxurious, the beds and bedding are 10 star! The bath and shower have great pressure and high end products. The Tea Room for breakfast is stunning, the buffet had plenty of choices depending on what time schedule you were on, breakfast or lunch. The food at the pool area serves traditional Egyptian food. It was so delicious, we ate there 3x The pool is warm as a bath and they have lovely cabanas to sit in, each with its own television. On our checkout day, our airport pickup wasn’t until 11pm. The supervisor Rimon Safwar saw we were sitting all day and was very attentive, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, he brought us complimentary juices and mixed nuts, he took the time to chat and get to know us. This personal touch really made us feel welcome. This hotel was the perfect way to unwind after 2 weeks of busy adventures. This is truly a 5 star Hotel with 10 star service. Your comfort and safety is their top priority!…
We stayed at the Four Seasons First Residence on our first trip to Egypt. We spent the first 5 days down in Luxor and flew to Cairo to complete another four days of our trip We were promptly picked up at the airport by Adam and arrived at the Four Seasons around 1pm. Our room was not ready at the time, so we had drinks and French pastries while we waited. Our room was incredibly large and looked out over the Cairo Zoo. We enjoyed hearing each morning the lions/tigers roaring across the street. We also enjoyed eating breakfasts at The Tea Room and had some traditional Egyptian food there. We also enjoyed Aura which looks over the pool and has great Lebanese dishes. We also had dinner at Zoe which looks over the Nile (in the boat) and has delicious Greek dishes and desserts. Salma and Sherif were very helpful in arranging tours. We were so incredibly happy with our tour guide and driver, Yasmin and Hussein. They made our trip to Egypt very special. I would like to thank everyone at the hotel for being so accommodating to my wife being in a wheelchair. She was so happy with our visit and wants to come back soon!!…
We thought this hotel was extremely clean, we found the service excellent and our room looked like it was recently renovated. The breakfast buffet was first rate and the restaurants that are located on the stationary docked boat on the Nile had decent food but even better views. The only downside was that you need to walk across a busy road to get to the restaurants on the Nile and some of the bartenders in the restaurant were clueless for not knowing how to make a martini and then charging $35 the cocktail because it was '2' drinks?. (We just paid it - didn't feel like spoiling a nice night). I would recommend this hotel it was a lovely, serene place to stay in a very frenetic Cairo. Also- we booked through Amex and were given two 50 min massages in the spa as a free gift.
Just returned from a fantastic trip to Egypt. Thoroughly recommend the Four Season Residence in Cairo. The facilities are great with a large choice of restaurants and a shopping mall attached to the hotel and staff who warmly welcomed us and took care of our needs.
The hotel is well situated on the banks of the Nile. Our room had a great view of the river and the pool area. The staff were friendly and professional and the facilities throughout are really beautiful and elegant. Our room was large and well equipped and we slept really well every night. Breakfast was fabulous - what more can you ask for?
We were greeted very warmly at check in upgraded with the AMEX platinum to stunning suites. We had views of the pyramids from the balcony. We stayed 5 nights in October 2022. All the staff here were so courteous & professional and kind and went out of their way to cater to all our needs. The kids loved the pool and the pool table in the Char bar. We loved the restaurants on the boat docked out front in the Nile. The breakfast buffet was lovely each day and the chefs made perfect custom orders. Very nice variety of foods. The staff checked on us during our stay and made it really amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Ashraf! Breakfast buffet was lovely. The restaurants were great. Kids enjoyed the pool. The building itself was gorgeous. The cleaning staff and turndown service was perfect. Laundry done well, shoes shined perfectly and quickly. Room service was wonderful. I never wanted to leave- it was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. The atmosphere at the Lebanese restaurant by the pool is amazing with live music a few nights. Easy access to the upscale mall thats connected. Easy access to all major sights in cairo. Everything really was perfect except we heard some traffic noise one night more than the other nights. Rooms very clean and well stocked and furnished. Beds were comfy. Room service was fast. Concierge was super helpful and patient. Highly recommend this hotel and all the staff. We will be back!…
Exquisite hotel with boutiful amenities. Advantageous location, luxurious rooms, private and spacious pool area, good restaurants, and an incredible spa. I had the best massage of my life (and that's saying a lot) at the spa, with a therapist named Niti. The only disappointment was the service in the Aura (4th Fl) restaurant the evening we arrived. They messed up the drink order, forgot one of our meals, kept interrupting our conversation to have us sign the bill, etc. It was very strange and unlike a typical Four Seasons experience. But, because everything else was excellent - I am still giving 5 stars in spite of it. I hope you get the opportunity to enjoy this unique property. And don't forget to book a spa appointment!
The Four Seasons isn’t just a hotel , it’s more like a palace. The interior is absolutely phenomenal with beautiful flower arrangements . The corridors were like a magical mystery tour and our suite had a great view of the Nile. The Tea Lounge where breakfast is served was absolutely outstandingly phenomenal probably the best setting ever experienced. The First Mall was world class with an amazing shopping experience…Horas jewellery was worth a visit. The Char Sports Bar was a blast and the sliders are a must All the staff were so friendly however particular thanks to Youseff on reception who had the biggest smile . This is a classy classic hotel of the highest standard and is a must stay in Cairo Thank you all for a great experience
