Detailed Reviews
The hotel is amazing. The food, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything is great. My room has a spectacular view of the new museum and the pyramids. The staff members are friendly and polite. I found my experience very satisfying. Definitely. It won't be our last visit.

Room Tip: Ask for the museum and pyramids' view. It 's worthy ♥️♥️

The driver had a problem finding this hotel in a quite side street. It proved to be very comfortable, nice room and good view from my balcony down to the pool. The staff with very helpful. The location is about 1 mile from the pyramids, yet there is no mayor traffic here. I would recommend this hotel anytime

We booked this hotel as part of our holiday package along with our flight and it looked like the best value for money. We weren't looking for a luxury hotel but only wanted a clean place to stay with an attached bathroom.
The positives:
The hotel was very clean and is located very well and close to the pyramids. You can in fact see the pyramids from the hotel roof but it depends on how much haze there is at that time of the day. Price was good and it is located on a very quiet road with hardly any cars driving past. The facilities in the room were decent with a TV, free Wifi, and 3 chairs to sit on in a room for 2.
The swimming pool and interior part of the hotel looks very good and you can spend time at the pool just to relax at night. They will help you take your luggage into the room and back to the reception as well, which I didn't even experience in some of hte 5* hotels across Europe.
The negatives
The room we received was not sound-proof at all. We could hear every conversation from the reception (it's window pointed directly into the reception hall). This was worsened by the fact that the chairs were very heavy and moving a chair would cause an earthquake-like sound even 4 rooms down the corridor. Service was very poor.
The worst experience, however was the fact that the room service would try to rip you off. We ordered a meal with 2 water bottles on the first night and paid 50 cents per bottle. The next day they were trying to charge us $2 for the same bottle and I had to haggle with them over the phone to bring it down to 50 cents again. There is also no menu for the room service food and if you ask for one, they'll send one of their workers who hardly knows English with an iPad containing the menu.
I wouldn't say the breakfast was bad. It was just very different. A few international items would really make it more appealing to the general public (croissants, rolls, nutella, etc). We found it different, but not necessarily bad.
When we entered the room we only got one large and one small towel despite being 2 people. It took us 2 days before we actually got our towel, which was very disappointing!
One thing I found most ridiculous was the fact that they didn't accept card payments in the room. They brought the food and when I told them I wanted to pay by card they demanded me to come down and pay at the restaurant. I wanted to eat the food while it was still hot and said I could come down in 15 minutes, but they insisted that I had to come straight away. That was one of the worst piece of service I ever received anywhere.
Overall, they are just after your money, will try to rip you off wherever they can, and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. The staff seemed very friendly and nice when you see them in the reception, but in fact they'll not care about you and will make false promises to make you happy but won't stick to them.
Not the worst hotel in the world, but if you want some customer satisfaction, avoid this one.

Never stay here! There is no bed in the rooms. They want you to sleep on a wooden platform. I changed my room 3 times and they were all same. I found a room with a bed at last but the door was broken and the lock was not working. The breakfast area is like room size and you can sit only after if someone leaves the table. The worst hotel I have ever stayed!

It was two wonderful days in Giza. Nice hotel: cozy room, gorgeous pool, breakfast. We liked. In the September heat it was very pleasant to be there. I especially want to note the work of the manager Iness - from the first minutes of our arrival until our departure, she helped us, helped us check in, choose and view a room, then organized a transfer for us to the pyramids and a taxi. In general, like a fairy, she was ready to fulfill any of our wishes. Thank you so much, Iness!! Thank you, Solux, I recommend it to everyone! We'll definitely come back next time :))

I really enjoyed my stay here. I also stayed at another hotel in Cairo and found Soluxe Cairo Hotel to be alot better. I love the fact that there was wifi at the hotel that I could use from the comfort of my room!! I found the rooms to be of a huge size. The breakfast was yummy. I found the staff to be helpful with organising places and things for me to do. They also made sure I was safe which was great being a female.

I spent a week here while exploring Giza and the surrounding area. I can honestly say the staff at this hotel are the friendliest, most considerate I've ever met. Everyone, from security to reception to manager level was absolutely lovely. They made my visit so much more than just a week in the sun.
The hotel itself is quite nice. It wouldn't be the same standard as a 4 star back home, but neither is the price. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The mattress is hard, but it was surprisingly comfortable. I actually slept better than I do at home. And I heard it's possible to request a softer one if necessary.
The pool was beautiful and kept very clean, especially considering all the plants around. Probably the cleanest outdoor pool I've seen in ages.
The food was interesting. I actually quite enjoyed it, but it may not be to everyone's taste. There's Chinese, which is to be expected in a Chinese hotel. Then there's a strange mix of "local and international". There's an omelette station and a selection of breads, cheese, deli meats, etc... Some days there were falafel, fried aubergine, green beans... I wouldn't usually have those for breakfast, but they tasted quite good.
The location was brilliant - you can see the tops of the Giza pyramids from the hotel. It's only a 5 minute journey to visit the site. And it's still quite convenient for exploring Cairo, Saqqara, Memphis, Dahshur, etc... There are some small shops and restaurants in walking distance also.
Overall, I would say this was a nice enough 3*-standard hotel. However, the staff are definitely 5* quality

This is an interesting Chinese-themed hotel in Giza. It was newly renovated in 2011, just before tourism took a downturn so not many know of it. Rooms are modern, clean, spacious with balcony. There is a safe, refrigerator, flatscreen tv, and A/C in each unit...plus a water heater which comes in handy so you can prepare your own drinking water. Internet access was without issue.
Everyone is friendly, from the manager on down to the bellhop. They were expecting me, knew me by name, and never even had to ask for my room number during the rest of my stay. Has all the services you would need from a resort (currency exchange, convenience store, business center, gym, pool, restaurant, bar, taxis, tours, etc). I particularly liked it because it's set back from the main road (quiet) in a neighborhood (safe, always people around). The other main hotels in the area are right on the major thoroughfare, which is chaotic and noisy at all hours. You can still enjoy the pyramid-view restaurant at another hotel without the hassle of being kept up all night...plus it's significantly cheaper. I could walk to the pyramids, Felfela, and all the shopping/restaurants in Giza without any concern...but taxi is readily available if needed.
