Stay away! Where do even begin? We were booked here as part of a tour so we didn't have a choice. I wanted to leave when I saw the reception which was very tired looking. I wanted to run when I saw the room. It looked one star. Bathtub had rust and major scruff marks. Has seen better days. I...

The staff is very kind and helpfull. The furniture in the room is old but the cleaner do his effort. Every day new towels and sheets. In the bathroom there is a bath, shower gel, bodylotion, shampoo and hairdryer. The room has a safe, refrigerator and balcony. The street is very very busy. So there is a lot of noise....

We went to Egypt last Feb 28. The hotel was average, but most of the staff were nice and very assisting. We had a problem with our first tour guide (who we got from outside), so had to book with the tourguide in our hotel. Probably that's one if the best decision we've made. Kudos to our amazing tour guide...

Best breakfast is included - great variety, they even pack breakfast box for you if you have to leave earlier. Bad things: 1. super slow check-in, even though the room was...

The Booking Process: I am a foreigner so have to pay the foreigner room rate, which feels unfair as a hotel guest, but that is how they do it. Also you must book though booking.com or expedia to get a reservation. You cannot work directly with the hotel to get your room. This is an unnecessary hoop to jump through...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It boasts of a 4 star category hotel, but we can not give it even one star. The infrastructure is very poor. Lift doors would open mid-way, rickety doors and very poor gait-up. The restaurant does not have a decent choice of food. Also, being located right at the Pyramid street, it...
