At the front desk Ahmed, Maged and Mahmoud provided an exceptional level of service, which is only found at international hotels level. The bell boys were helpful, as were all the staff. The rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel is in a great location to see the pyramids or to visit Cairo attractions.

This hotel is very basic but is absolutely great for the price of the rooms. The staff are really friendly and respectful. We had to check out a day early in a hurry due to personal reasons and we didn't even think about getting our money back... But as we checked out the manager gave back the money for the... More

I stayed at this hotel for five nights in May, 2016. The staff was very friendly and helpful - but the rooms are tired and dirty. Also - make sure the hotel picks you up at the airport as it seems to be impossible for cabs to be able to locate this hotel. Good location - just make sure you... More

I like the location, especially the room I had was facing the Pyramids. It's an awesome view I have in early morning and appreciate the wonder of Pyramids. Hotel crew are helpful and supportive to the foreigner guest like me. I love to stay again if I come to Egypt. Price is reasonable.

I stayed there for three days with my son its a good place, but its swimming pool I think it is small for the number of rooms they had.its ok to stay there near it you can find a bank(ATM) machine, supermarkets and different restaurants

Aside from its great location, this hotel does not have much to offer. We found it dirty (gross carpets and run down bathroom), poor value and grungy. Despite stating that they have wifi, there was no trace of Internet to be found. Do yourself a favour and don't go!
