Very nice hotel. the receptionist was very helpful. he upgraded my room to a bigger suite room. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel even arranged a PCR covid test for travel in the hotel itself. The location of the hotel is also very good.
It was very comfortable stay at Safir. All parameters i.e. Location, room size, services, food and staff were great. It was a great experience. Very good for family travel. I am looking forward for a family travel soon to Cairo.
I stayed one month at Safir Hotel in Cairo between May - June 2021. The service and accommodations made my stay very comfortable and the location was also great for my needs for a good price. The breakfast buffet was very good throughout. Best coffee I have had at a breakfast buffet in Cairo in several years! The pool area is lovely for work or relaxation and the staff at the pool like Yasser were friendly and attentive. The housekeeping and room service staff also provided excellent services!
I spent almost 10 days with my family and I found it a very nice place to stay in. . V.Good level of hygiene and cleanliness from Housekeeping side. . Nice & comfortable rooms. . Safe, Secure & cozy for families. . Food and drink quality is marvellous. Very tasty. I would like to pass my appreciation & gratitude for all Front desk staff, specially Mr. Sherif, Ms Christeen, Ms Eman, Mr. Abdo & Mr. M.Ibrahim, for their warmly welcoming attitude. They were all understanding & helpful during this period, as i was there with my family for a serious medical issue and they spare no effort to make everything easy and fast during check in & out. Would like also to thank Ms Hala, Mr. A.Hakim & Mr. Ibrahim from Restaurant/Coffee Shop staff for their professional service, enthusiasm & quick response in every request during all 10 days. They were very friendly & make you feel like you are HOME ! . Mr. Khaled Sayed from (Room Service) was very helpful, caring, understanding, respectful with us & passionate for his work during the whole 10 nights. Finally Ms Marina, the Guest Relations Officer who was very keen on knowing every tinny tiny detail of any challenge we might face from day 1. Happily we didn't face any :) Will definitely repeat the visit for Safir Hotel just because of the good impression/treatment we felt from such a great personality/hospitality. Hope to meet the aforementioned nice people again :) Highly Recommended…
My first room was disgusting, Room and whole floor smell l cigarettes. I couldn’t even breath I had bad sleep and bad stay. The atmosphere was really bad because of the smell. There was a noise from the A.C No slippers in the room as described Iron you should request it every time you need it! WiFi: slowest internet I have used in my life. Breakfast is too limited!! Checking out: took around 45 minutes!! Pros: they allowed me to check out at 2:00 pm not 12:00 They changed my room but they did it as if they did a big favor. The hotel is cheap but I would never come back to it.
