Jaz Pyramids Resort emerges as a favored destination for many travelers keen on exploring Giza and Cairo, thanks to its prime location near the pyramids and main roads. The hotel's professional service is often lauded, creating a personalized experience that complements the serene atmosphere accentuated with live entertainment.

Incredible… in a city of 23 million inhabitants, this hotel in Cairo offers a real oasis of peace and serenity. The rooms are large and spacious. The staff takes great care. The buffet for breakfast or dinner is substantial and excellent. The swimming pool is huge. The rooms are like small individual houses. The swimming pool is around 600m2. You have staff who distribute the pool towels and who orient the parasol according to your request.
It was great. If I were to return to Cairo I would stay here again without hesitation.
Little extra: decent gym / tennis court / possibility of having a massage.
Ability to pay in € and $ so no need to convert money
A little extra to the hotel gardens which are superbly maintained!

The rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely kept. Bathroom was nice, shower pressure was excellent. Grounds were well kept. AC was so cold my wife had to put on a sweater, but we adjusted it the next night and it was perfect. Swimming pool was cool clean and pleasant, with lots of chairs to recline on. The staff were very good and professional and friendly. I did think that some of the prices for food and drinks were on the high side, everything in American dollars, such as $3 for a Coke and $23 US, each, for the buffer dinner. To me this seems high since I was able to feed the entire family for 2500LE, at a place outside of the resort in Cairo. That's about $50 total. Breakfast was a buffet style with a wide variety of tasty food for you to eat. One thing to note is the keycard provides room power, so if you leave and take it, any devices you are charging stop charging. What else? Not much... it is isolated from places, you will need a cab/uber to go out anywhere since it's more outside the city. It's not to far from the pyramids, a short drive of 15-20 minutes. I think it was very nice.

The staff was really friendly and helpful during our whole stay, the entire hotel and all the rooms were clean and they even provide foreigners with an on site banking service to help make exchanging local currency easier. The gardens are a vibrant green and full of life even so close to the desert. I’d happily recommend staying here for anyone visiting Cairo.

This hotel was part of our tour in Egypt and we did not choose this hotel ourselves. We didn't really have high expectations either. Upon arrival we were positively surprised. The lobby and reception look neat and we were welcomed with a cold drink. The front desk staff was very friendly and we were able to get to our rooms much earlier than usual. Our suitcases were neatly brought to the room. To our delight, there was also a large swimming pool with many sunbeds and several restaurants. It is a large complex with several buildings and you walk through a neatly maintained garden. However, the room is not very good. The bathroom really needs renovation and was not very clean. The air conditioning could only heat and became way too hot. The water was too lukewarm again. We did get two bottles of water and coffee and tea. The drinks in the bar are ridiculously expensive and there is an additional 21% added to the price for the service. Perhaps that is why the staff is more chatting than providing service. The all-inclusive meal was impossible, everything is put on the table together and is cold. We ordered wine with dinner and they had to pay for it while we were eating. The following evening we had dinner in the bar, which was ok. The breakfast is very extensive, but here too the staff cannot arrange it. Tables are not cleared, which makes it a mess and there are no more places to sit. The highlight was that we wanted to ask for a taxi to go to the pyramids, but we were told that they did not do that and you had to use the driver for 40 euros. While it is 4 km away. They haven't really heard of service, which could really be improved. The WiFi is fine and the sunbeds and towel service are nice.

We stayed at the Jaz Pyramids Resort for two nights after our desert tour and it was very pleasant, immediately you noticed the professionalism and kindness of the staff, our room was very comfortable although slightly small, the bathroom clean but affected by the weather (should be modernized). The rich and hearty breakfast and the perfect pool area. Definitely a reference point for an upcoming holiday in Cairo

excellent welcome and friendly and attentive staff. we have always had dinner at the internal restaurant with excellent dishes, including local cuisine.
Buffet breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory.
the bathrooms in the rooms need to be improved
However, a very well-kept environment with a swimming pool and gardens that offer spaces of tranquility away from the chaos of the centre

The hotel is located near the great pyramids, but is very quiet and green. Everything you need is there. Justifies four stars. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious, drinks, like everywhere else in Egypt, are paid separately, not cheap, but not particularly expensive either. The service is good. The area is huge, there is a fitness room, a spa complex, there are not many people there, which is good. Recommend for a relaxing holiday!

We are not used to this level of service in Egypt. We booked for my birthday. Alaa handled everything with great professionalism and warmth. She greeted us at the reception, offered us a free room upgrade, welcome drinks and we even found a birthday cake in the room.
All staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. From security at the entrance to the waiters to the house keeping.
Breakfast was amazing in terms of variety and quality. And the attention to detail was really remarkable and you can see that everywhere not just in the restaurant.
Room service was really quick, our kettle was not working we called room service and they delivered a new one in less than 5 mins.
We are really happy we stayed in Jaz Pyramids hotel and we'll definitely come back. We hope you keep this level of service, thanks!

Just a few days in Cairo to be at a friend's wedding and I asked the agent to book near the venue. What a surprise to find such a clean venue with friendly staff. The location was just perfect as I wanted to go see some sights and found out they were mostly not too far away anyway. Just for me, and this happens in a lot of countries, I don't know why they have to charge $US on the menu then when the bill comes it's been converted to the local currency anyway. Just me maybe.
