Personnel very rude, specially the frontdesk. Dirty filthy rooms, full of dust and strange smell coming from the toilet. There was a hole in the toilet where someone from the garden could see anyone there taking a shower. terrible breakfast. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

This is a run down so called resort with zero customer service, expensive, the food is horrible and no value for money. It's far away from down town Cairo, no nearby supermarkets or restaurants. No privacy and the rooms Are in a way that we could hear what the guests in the other room are talking about. The phone on the corridors start ringing early in the morning and the staffs are loud. The receptionist (forgot his name) was extremely rude. The place is old and the price we paid for it was not even close to what we deserve. It has no places nearby besides maybe the Giza pyramids which obviously you would visit only once. There was no water on the first day and the hotel staffs said that it wasnt just us but the whole hotel experienced that. After a while the water turned black which is disgusting! Cleanliness is definitely a big zero! The rooms are nothing great. The beds are small. I am just extremely disappointed with this hotel! The buffet itself is a big disappointment and I wouldnt recommend you to waste money on that. This hotel needs to be upgraded and the staffs need training instead of interrogating tourists. Not professional at all.

If your goal is to visit the Giza pyramids this is a perfect location!!! The front desk staff was very helpful. Having an on-sight bank was great to exchange money. Free wi-fi in the lobby was also a great benefit. The room has a fridge which is a wonderful as we have medicine that needs to be refrigerated. Overall the property has seen its better days. It needs a load of TLC but the price is right. We reserved a king bed and got two twins instead. The mattress need to be replaced ASAP. The mattress cover is so old the handle you carry it with are literally on top of the bed with a huge dip in the middle. The A/C is cold when it works properly. Had to ask to get it repaired once. The staff responded quickly but the room was so hot it took hours to cool off.

Terrible experience with an unacceptable room, dirty linen, cups, floor,no towels in the bathroom. Moved to another room with no value of money! Electric wire next to the bed was not covered which was a big shock for me as having my baby running in the room with no safety.
