This hotel is a perfect example of looks can be deceiving. The outer facade and lobby looks prim and proper, if you are expecting the same thing inside be prepared for a rude shock. The hotel looks like it has seen better days. But now the rooms are shabby, the corridor dirty and looks like its not cleaned since few days. The beddings in the room were dirty, the AC not working, the bathroom flush not working. The list of complaints is very long. For a whole room of 3 beds they didn't have any power socket😮😮 only the ones to which already the lamps and TV were connected. The service is also bad as we called them to fix the bathroom flush the night we checked in but they didn't come, so we had to call again in morning and thank God they came. This place is really really bad. Luckily we were staying here for only a night so that was a blessing.

Staff was very helpful especially given my late arrival. Overall experience was two and a half stars. Could use a deep clean and completion on construction. Gift shop proprietor to be avoided. Cool pool Meal buffet was quite an unusually diverse.

Review collected in partnership with this hotel
I found the staff especially Sherif to be very attentive to the customer's needs. Huge grounds with tons for tour groups coming and going. Not good for people who like a more quiet place. Additionally the tour groups are from all parts including within Egypt. Value is very important for me and I don't expect a Ritz Carlton at these prices. Great location for heading out the the pyramids of Giza, Dahshur, Saqqara and the Memphis area.

This is an awfull hotel...very dirty and with no food diversity. Imagine you lay down in bed and feel the dust drop on you... the water was yellow!!! The food is not good. I have nothing good to say of this hotel which is a 5 star but should be a 3 star.
