DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY. We had the misfortune of staying at this property during our transit in Egypt. It is the most terrible hotel experience we have ever had. Stepping into the property is like getting stuck in a time warp as it reminds you of a setting for a 1960s mafia movie. I think the rooms have remained untouched for at least a decade. The staff are rude and discourteous. The rooms are filthy and the bathrooms are disgusting. The restaurant is in a far corner of the so called ‘resort’ and the food leaves much to be desired. All in all, a negative impression of Egypt is created when one stays at Pyramids Park. It is such a traumatic experience that one fails to remember that the property is located in Cairo which is one of the most interesting places on the planet.

Very bad experience and rude receptionists. Bad service and the worst experience anybody can make. The employees are very rude and not professional at all. I don't recommend it for any guests especially tourists.

This is the worst ever hotel I have ever been to( and I have seen 100s due to my travels). Rooms are very very dirty full of dead bugs, bathroom was full of black mildew and totally disgusting, food is sooooo bad and cheap. Moreover, the whole premises was run down, dirty and really baaaaaaad, upon checking out early and asking for my refund balance, they initially refused to refund me, then only the gm of the hotel, after 4 hrs. made my refund !! All in all, do not ever set foot on this really bad, dirty and disgusting place. You will regret it I assure you

Hotel located off busy road, not too far from the pyramids but would need transport to get there. Room and beds ok, staff friendly.. WIFI terrible. Extensive breakfast choices and very good. Generally the hotel feels like it has seen better days, so not a 4 star experience.

One of the nightmare places I have ever stayed in. STOP INSULTING THE CUSTOMERS, your hotel is not even 2 stars. Take online reviews seriously. Starting from the room cleaning to the check-out, every single experience was worst. Here are the points we observed: > Check-In experience was horrible, there was no-one to take the luggage to the room while we were having our dinner. > Room was like abandoned for months and was assigned to us as there was no other room left in the Hotel > Room looked to be never cleaned before, I am dust allergic so I understand the situation > Curtains were torn > AC/Heating System never worked well, only noise no air > Not enough electric sockets > After a day, there was no room cleaning provided > Only 1 cup was provided, we had to call the room service 3 times > Bathroom was another nightmare as the flush wasn't working and we had to use it almost 3 times after every use. > Food is a disaster, as there is no veg option except for the pizza and the salad > Nobody knows where the breakfast place is, it's hidden or there is no sign > Front door which is unnecessarily build to cover 2 rooms doors (524-525) was locked and I had to visit the reception twice to get it opened while my wife was sick and wanted to take rest immediately due to cold weather > Intermittent disconnection and slowness in the Wifi > No one came to pick up the luggage at the time of Check Out > Room curtains are torn or were never changed > We couldn't dare to open the window as the outside 2 chairs were completely covered with the dust. > Table lamp, bed pillows had dust > We asked for King Bed, were provided queen bed. The overall experience was the worst. If possible refund our money as you insulted us and provided the worst Cairo memory ever. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone. Even 2 stars hotels in Cairo are better than you. Only making great rooms, swimming pools, the large hall doesn't make the hotel good, It has to be a good service and a pleasant room. I will make sure none of my contacts ever book this hotel. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
