I have visited this hotel in the past on business. However, this time around I visited as a tourist along with my wife and 2 kids. Our experience was out of the world and we were completely blown away with the hospitality. Best hotel experience till date. And my wife and kids cannot wait to come back. To start off with, we were upgraded to a Nile view suite. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Othman and Mr Hossam for this amazing gesture. It made us fee like king and queen. Kids were given gifts and they were delighted with that. The service and food as always has been amazing. My wife is a nutritional therapist and loves cooking. The hotel organised special sessions for her with the chef to learn local delicacies. We took the airport transfers from the hotel. It was very professional and very reasonably priced. Worth it. The icing on the cake was - as we were leaving the hotel - a number of the member of Ritz team were standing outside and holding the banner - Please come visit us again.…
I cannot say enough good things about the service and quality of this property. Abdu in house cleaning went out of his way to greet us daily, make sure everything was perfect, organize our messy lives and add the special touch of recreating our son's favorite stuffed animal (picture attached). We stayed here on Christmas Eve and he also received the adorable stuffed bear as a gift who he named Carlton. Dining-wise - highly recommend Vivo. We have eaten here every night - major thanks to Mohamed and Karim. Their dedication to our experience has been genuine as well, exceptional food, friendly local tips, a great view of the Nile (and clean windows!). We loved it so much we booked three more nights on the backend of our trip and look forward to ringing in the New Year with this amazing team. We've stayed in many Ritz properties but this is hands down the best customer service of them all. We hope to visit again and thank you to this team!…
Excellent lunch with staff Khaled! The Turkish Delight was amazing. We really enjoyed the lobby dining. The seating is comfortable and the chairs were soft. My favorite is the Mezze platter with the hummus.
The overall stay was good but I was surprised that many hotel amenities likethe spa basics aren’t working because of COVID 19 (steam or sauna , no jacuzzi here which is very weird for Ritz Carlton) which wasn’t mentioned before arriving, also the executive lounge was closed although all the restaurants were working which is not logic , the breakfast is not bad but very little variety of food compared to same hotels like nearby kempenski nile or four seasons nile plaza , no club sandwiches, smoked salamon , tuna ,liver , smoked fish ,..etc and also very little variety of bakeries , I remember the breakfast of Novotel elborg was much better although it’s 4 stars . The heated pool was great but if there was an indoor pool like Hilton King’s ranch or almasa capital that would be more effective specially in winter . The wedding in the open air was annoying and we couldn’t sleep but the receptionist Aya was professional and moved us to a calmer room with better view so that we could sleep , thanks alot. Overall, the hotel is very good but little boring and no much activities to do …
