This hotel is as it says not too far from the Pyramids. Thats where the fun ends really - we were the only non egyptians in the hotel it seemed, quite deserted. Located on King Faisal street which is sort of a long dusty rubbish dump, literally garbage everywhere and people with bad teeth in flip flops and dirty clothes...

I spent 7 nights at this hotel, every room had a view of the Pyramids & parts of Cairo. The hotel is on a very busy street which was different than the map on the website. It is very clear that the so-called "Arab Springs" of January 2011 have done damage to the area but this 10 floors hotel has...

If you book via booked.net, be careful, because the location on the map on their web page is incorrect! I booked via booked.net a room for 22€ a night, which was the cheapest I found, but prepare yourself for some troubles. After I finally and with some luck found the hotel (which was about 10 km (6 miles) away from...

The hospitality was very poor.  My son and I were half board. The catering staff were reluctant to give us a choice of food and attempted to serve chicken and chips every day.  Juice, tea, or coffee with breakfast had to be requested and at times insisted. It felt as though we were treated with contempt rather than as paying customers. ...

I did started from cairo Airport, and after heafy bargaining was able to get into a white cab for Hotel Kaoud (Delta Pryamids) for 100 Egyptian Pounds. The GPS did a good work, and after 30-35 mins of drive was in...

I'm not going to write a horrid review, because in the end, I had an incredible time in Cario. Everyone should see Egypt and travel. I would certainly go again. The people there were always exceptionally polite and helpful. I went at the height of their political uprising, walked right through Tahrir Square without incident. Don't believe the media. Good:...

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END: I've read the bad reviews on the hotel and firstly I would like to say, yes there are parts of the hotel that are quite old and shabby and in some ways you do get what you pay for, BUT please look beyond this and opt for a true experience of Egypt and not a...
