Extremely unprofessional staff who had heated verbal arguments in front of guest. It was difficult to get assistance at the front desk while this was occurring. The check in and out process was slow as numerous men in suits stood around observing but offering no assistance or resolution. It's a lovely property but can't recommend after my experience.

Nora and Manger Food and Beverage Zakaria Chefs orangerie azure fine dining Had lunch today in Orangerie Azure Fine Dining restaurant at Le Passage Hotel near Cairo Airport. From the moment I entered the restaurant everything was perfect. The chefs were excellent with their suggestions and portions. Mr Zakaria the Food and Beverage manager was in charge of service. He organised everybody like an orchestra conductor ensuring everybody reveived first class service. Nora one of his assistants made his work easier with her expert service, friendliness and professionalism. Definitely a restaurant to revisit.

Totally unprofessional service & worst room ever in a 5 star rated property. according to the looks of the property & room size the hotel should be categorized as 1 star. Corridor mat outside room no 1102 was wet & soggy during the complete duration of our stay. Room 1107 had only 1 functioning lamp at the dressing table mirror, rest all were nit working. Do they not check the rooms before allotting it to the guest? Bath towels were old & smelly. And the rooms were actually at the basement level, do not go on 1107, as 11 for this hotel mean 1st level. Water is not provided at the reception or lobby area to the guest???

Friendly staff, clean public areas , bars, restaurant and room. Over foody in restaurants, not fair to west. But generally it was nice visit specifically for a family wedding. A huge gardens around which make it easier for wedding fotos.

Rendered a quality service during my stay. I had a beautiful experience while staying in the hotel. The room is of standard and luxury. I enjoyed 24/7 wifi, the environment is secured, it has nice viewing site, staffs are polite and accommodating. I will still love to come here for my honeymoon❤️.
