The service provided to our guests is our main concern and it would certainly appear that there was a shortfall in the high standards that we endeavor to maintain at our Hotel and at all Radisson Hotels. Please be informed that I personally have spoken to the concerned Department Heads and clearly expressed my thoughts in regards to your constructive comments and have taken actions in several areas that you have pointed out. Regarding the inappropriate services provided by some of our colleagues, the lack of smiling.. please be sure that such defects will disappear in a very short time as the hotel already started an intensive training program for all colleagues on the hospitality standards and how to satisfy our valued guests and handle their requirements. Regarding the low cleanliness level, the concerned department is informed about your valued comment and will work on spot to increase the cleaning level efficiency hoping that you give us another chance to the the enhancement by yourself. We are very sorry that you got neck pain because of the pillows and please next visit ask our colleagues for soften pillows and will be provided for you on spot. For the food, we are working ow to increase the food varieties and quality and the coming period there will be enhancement for sure. For the business center; the not working pc and printer, our maintenance department informed on spot and will be fixed. Regarding the SPA services, please note that we offer the gym for free for all our inhouse guests besides the pool. only SPA treatments with charge and this is hotel policy. Please be informed that I personally have spoken to the concerned Department Heads and clearly expressed my thoughts in regards to your constructive comments and have taken actions in several areas that you have pointed out. Regarding the inappropriate services provided by some of our colleagues, the lack of English language, the lack of smile, the late check out mishandling .... please be sure that such defects will disappear in a very short time as the hotel already started an intensive training program for all colleagues on the hospitality standards and how to satisfy our valued guests and handle their requirements .. inline with English courses concentrating on how to deal with guests in the proper language. Regarding the airport colleague who asked for tips, please be sure that such behavior is totally against the hotel ethics and policy so i assure to you that a firm action will be taken towards that colleague. As for the bad attitude and mishandling of your booking by the reception colleague beside the poor English language, i assure to you that the hotel already started an intensive training program including English courses for all colleagues on the hospitality standards to handle all the guest requirements in the most proper way. Regarding the airport pick up charge, please note that the hotel policy stated that the charge is USD 20$ per person not per room. So we are sorry that the payment details was not clear for you. Regarding the low standard of services by some colleagues in the bar "the lateness of coffee & juice", in the restaurant "asking for breakfast access many times, waiting for the pancake more than 15min,, the boring food items, the cheap juices, the housekeeping colleagues who wakes you early to clean.... please be sure that we took a note with all such defects and corrective actions to be taken immediately. As for the trips organizer, please be sure that the high prices is just to grantee the best quality of service to make sure of our guests satisfaction. Regarding your notes about the new year's eve, please note that the belly dance's suit supposed to be like that normally, but we are sorry that you didn't like the set menu dinner. Regarding the maintenance issues in the room, the not clean AC, the sound from neighbor rooms, I assure to you that you will notice the difference on your next visit as the hotel is started already a comprehensive renovation plan for all rooms to enhance the room level and to cover such maintenance issues as well. Regarding the requested bonus by some colleagues.., I assure to you that such behavior is totally against the hotel standards and ethics, promising you that an investigation will be opened regarding this case to know the person who made that and serious action will be taken. As for the maintenance issues you notices in the room; the low lighting, the not good TV, assuring to you that all such defects will be solved through the renovation process which is taking place now and gradually we finish floor by floor renovating all the room to satisfy our valued guests. Thank you for your good notice about the damaged electricity in the meeting room, our maintenance team is informed immediately and will work to fix it as soon as possible. About you note regarding the shuttle bus not accurate timing, the note delivered to the Department Head to work on adjust the bus schedule respecting our valued guests time. Sorry. I did not remember the Cost details.- ma My sincere suggestion is to avoid this Hotel- Poor Service / Rooms are very small You can try Intercontinental in city stars-many of my colleagues stayed there and the feedback is very good
