We stayed at Hotel 27 for 2 weeks at the beginning of June. The room we had, 208, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we checked in. Very musty and took a long time to air out because it's hot and humid outside so we didn't want to keep the windows open too much - the housekeeping would open the windows when they came to clean and leave it open until we got back in the evening so that helped. It was also really close to what seemed to be the dirty linen closet, except it's not a closet, it's a partitioned section with a curtain where they keep the trolleys of linen, right by a door which I guess leads outside. That door was open and shut at all times and made the room door rattle and it was so noisy but we put up with it because it wasn't when we were sleeping. The room is clean and tidy but there is no wardrobe or drawers so you really have to live out of your suitcase the whole time. There was barely any table space but the bed is huge and nice and firm. There was also a desktop computer which ran a really old windows and needs updating because you can't go on youtube or anything. Not sure what the point of it was. The bathroom was clean but also musty smelling as there is no option to air it out. They also kept providing only one large towel for 2 people which was very annoying as you have to call and get another. However, they are super prompt at bringing a new one to the room. Some of the towels have small holes in them but you can tell they are clean. The towels had a strong bleach smell, like being in a swimming pool. I didn't like that so if you hate that too, bring a towel. Good location though, perfect for getting downtown. About a 10min walk to Janghangpyeon station. Near the airport bus stop as well (just round the corner from the metro stop which helped when we were going back to Incheon. No need to drag the luggage through the metro system!! Convenience store right opposite the hotel is very good for drinks and snacks. Hotel also provides free water and mango juice in a small fridge next to the lift. They also put small cans of cold coffee and this cider (non alcoholic bubblegum flavour) drink in your room. Nice touch! In summary, fair price for what you get. Could be better but good location and overall it was okay for us in the end.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days with my boyfriend. The hotel is located maybe 5-10 min walk from Janghangpyeong station (line 5), and 3 min walk from a bus stop. There's a direct subway connection to Gimpo International Airport. The neughbourhood itself is quite boring with its car carages, but the being close to the station is very convenient. The room itself (308) was quite interesting - not dirty, but it could've been tidied up better. The toilet/bathroom combo is behind an almost see-through glass, right next to the bed (although I got to enjoy the view of my boyfriend taking a shower!) The hotel offers free water, coffee, and mango juice that you can fetch from the lobby. The air conditioner was a plus, but it made our throats sore as the room became unbearably hot during the nights, and we had to keep it on almost all the time. The staff is friendly, available 24/7, and speaks good English. They cleaned our rooms every day even if we left the hotel after 4 pm! Overall, I think the hotel was worth its value. It had a modern look, and if you don't mind holes in your towels or other tiny details, I'm sure you'll like this hotel.
