We stayed here for 3 nights, the room is clean, but unfortunately window room with basement/next building without sunny, it’s little bit uncomfortable. Good location, its close to shopping street and restaurants. Its not easy to find this hotel from address. We spent some time to find it and park our car. All front desk staffs are helpful and can speak English well. Mr.Dale Park supported us well

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 5 days. Very clean and well maintained hotel/apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the spoke good English. Going to the famous Myeong-dong market is less than 10 minutes walking distance. Tips: Please screen shot a copy of the hotel address in local language as this can be very helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for almost a week and not regretted ever since. Check in was smooth even though we did arrive almost 12am in the morning. The Front Office Officers speaks English fluently and we did not encounter any sorts of language barrier throughout our stay. My family and I did occupied a room which hosts 1 king size bed + 1 single bed, plus standard upholstery. In view of current summer seasons, the blade less fan unit provided also disguised as room heater, bare in mind that all of us came from humid and tropical weather of Malaysia, thus a helping hand in regards to warming up a bit did wonders Situation wise it did helps much because the hotel is within the walking distance to the famous Myeongdong area, plus nearby 24 hours convenient store and halal eateries did so much in easing up our stay during the tenure Other notable facility readied up near my room are coins operated washing machine and also dryer. Definitely its a must due to the fact of our long stay at the premises and minimize the need to carry the whole bulk of clothes during holidays Free wi-fi readied did not disappoint due to its stability and speed provided. Although smart tv readied did not help much in term of language content of all the channel readied were in Korean, yet the other features such as other apps works perfectly fine. Definitely a must visit if we did come back to Seoul

Great reviews on Tripadvisor on Oriens, we decided to book 2 deluxe rooms for 7 nights. Upon arrival, the check in was a breeze. Staffs at the front desk were polite. When we enter our rooms, we were taken aback at the size of the room. The door wasnt pushed but instead pulled open/swing outwards which I find it weird. If we walk along the corridor, we have to be careful of doors slamming into our faces accidentally. Since it's spring time (weather is still pretty cold), the air cons were not switched on. We had to open our rooms windows for cold air to enter. But the windows in our rooms can't be opened widely and the air doesnt come into the room making our rooms stuffy and hot! On our 1st night, we had 2 wear shorts & t shirt2 sleep & we actually sweated. Note that the weather is 8 degree outside but we were sweating and couldnt sleep well on the 1st night. So on the 2nd day I went to feedback 2 the front desk & they promised there's a new batch of Dyson fans & they'll place 1 in each of our rooms. When we came back 2 e hotel at night much to our dismay there were NO FANS in our room. Can U imagine our disappointment? So I went to front desk & they took a fan from under their table & place in our room. Actually e whole issue isnt so much of a big deal but honestly, this is the first time i stay in a 4 star hotel with a fan in our room! and we had to pretty much "survive" on it. If Oriens can let the windows open wider, mayb it would be better. Deluxe Rooms better not stay.
