The premium bus we took from the airport stopped right in front of the hotel. It was good they had early check in and luggage service because it was still too early to physically check into the room. Liz was nice and helpful. She was able to help with the hiccup with the room type we were assigned. We got the room with two-beds instead of the one queen. There were two water bottles chilling inside the refrigerator. Liquid soap/ body wash, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Since March 2024, one-time use essentials (toothbrush/toothpaste, etc.) are not provided anymore, these can be purchased upon check-in. The beds were comfortable. There’s coin laundry and green soap packets for purchase on the 10th floor with free use of iron/board and microwave. Hotel is very conveniently located, just walking distance to the underground shopping center, department stores, and night market. They offer breakfast buffet W16,500 pre-sale, W19,800 walk-in price. Parking is available in the basement.

Great location and very affordable, clean, and comfortable! Our room window was facing a wall but other than that slight problem we have had a great stay here. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are well maintained, with the location being perfect for exploring myeongdong and namdaemun.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location near Myeongdong station and for the price it charged it was a bargain. Accor elite membership benefits were provided. The hotel is clean and we are quite happy with our stay. Tom at the front desk was one of the best front desk staff I had encountered(and I had stayed in more than 100 hotels to make this comparison). Tom provided us with great service and attitude to accommodate all our requests, maintained his high standard professionalism throughout with a smile always on his face. If I return to Seoul again then this hotel will definitely be where we'll stay. I hope the hotel will keep up the high standard service that we have received during our stay.

Checked in on 27 Dec, room on 14 floor was smelly and found stained on glass door. Move to next room with toilet facilities was not working. Then got a completed room on next floor.
After breakfast next day, Keycard access to Hot Tub service was not activated twice! after Engineer staff and Front office staff went up to check and apologize with 2 cans of energy drink.
Feel unlucky during my stays but still recommended this hotel as the location is good near MyeongDong Market and Seoul Tower, you can go to market by walk. Connect to Subway blue line and Orange Line as well as the Airport Limousine Bus stop is okay to walk though.
Ibis Styles is cool hotel all over the world, here just need more attention and improvements in some area.

The Location: The hotel is in a prime spot right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore popular areas like Gangnam, Dongdaemun, Gwanghwamun (where there is a Hop-on, Hop-off bus stop), N Seoul Tower, and, of course, the vibrant Myeongdong shopping street.
FB nearby: There are numerous dining options nearby. There are plenty of restaurants on the streets opposite the hotel for regular tourists. If you’re looking to experience local cuisine, you’ll find many authentic local eateries just behind the hotel. The convenience of having food and drink options available around the clock is a highlight, with some places staying open until midnight or even 1–2 AM. Additionally, there’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, with several others within a short walking distance.
Room Facilities and Cleanliness: The amenities and facilities provided are on par with those of a four-star hotel, and we were very satisfied. The separate and smart bathroom design is a thoughtful touch that adds to the room’s functionality. While the room isn't particularly large, it’s a reasonable size given the prime location and the rates. My husband and I always returned from our long days of exploring to find our room impeccably tidy and clean. A big shout-out to the housekeeping team—you all do a fantastic job!
Our taxi ride from the airport took about an hour and cost around $60. The hotel is also quite close to the train station, which is a more economical choice if you’re travelling light. However, since we arrived late at night, the taxi was a much more convenient option.

Really good experience! Staff were great and were quick to respond to any questions. The rooms were as expected for the rates and location is perfect which is slight away from the Main Street which could be loud. Would definitely come and stay at the same hotel next year.

The hotel is located just at the fringe of the busy Myeongdong area. It offers guests a decent rate with the proximity to the action without having to deal with the crowds. Rooms not too big, basic but clean. Unfortunately the room we got was facing a construction site so we had to keep the drapes closed most of the time. The noise did not bother us too much and the hotel provides you with ear plugs in case you are sensitive to the noise. Suggest to book rooms from 06 upwards to get a view of Namsan Tower. Overall a great experience and would recommend staying here.

Good location, nearby Myeongdong yet away from the noise and crowd. Size of room is small (just enough for 2 big luggages to open up), but price is justifiable for the size. Breakfast is basic American style , more choices outside if u are paying. Daily cleaning of room & 2 bottles of water (inadequate but there are free refills on level 1).

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Ambassador Styles. The room was TINY, especially for two people with their own luggage...not a couple. Barely enough room to open two suitcases and that was after tipping the chair from the desk area upside down over the fridge to make more room. Bathroom privacy was good however, and we appreciated the separate shower and toilet facilities.
Breakfast was good, and a necessity when you're used to getting up early and Asian countries tend to not get going until later in the day.
The room was 'surface' clean, but when I got down to find something I'd dropped there were wrappers and dirt/dust from previous guests under the bed, so could use a deep clean.
The staff we we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful when needed.

Stayed here for one night, granted early check in due to Platinum status.
I booked two rooms however only one room is given the welcome drink voucher while the other is not given. Usually at other accor hotels they will give the welcome drink for the second room too. But not a loss as the welcome drink is rather mediocre.
Room is compact but functional, it is clean.
Toothbrush are provided as well in case you need to know. Increasingly more and more hotels are skipping the toothbrush in the name of sustainability.
The breakfast is very good for an Ibis Styles. It is at the highest floor and a very cosy restaurant. Food options is good and we enjoyed it.
This hotel is about 5mins stroll to the Myeongdong shopping street right across, and is a short walk from the metro Line 4. If you are taking the Purple bus to Alpensia,this is also a good base as the bus pick up and drop off is really close by.

If you have a lot of luggage between you, and at that time of night, the least hassle (but most expensive- an investment) is one of the airport limo vans (they will find you!)- for eight people and luggage you will need two. Just make sure they drop you at the Ibis Styles Ambassador Myeondong and not the Ibis Ambassador Myeondong. Different hotels.
There are more places to choose from in the Seoul area.
