I stayed here for 4 nights in a double room on the (top) 12th floor. The room was reasonably large with nice furnishing and kept very clean. The room was very quiet. It was something of a heatwave in Seoul at the time, but the air conditioning in the room performed very well and was adjustable enough to stop the temperature...

I have stayed here now may be 5 or 6 times over the last few years and its great if you want something functional and well located in Seoul. I stay here when on business so spend very little time in the hotel other than sleeping and breakfast so not having lots of frills does not bother me at all....

I agree with the previous reviewers that this hotel is a great value for money. * The Double room was spacious enough (about 30 m2), and it has a desktop connected to the internet, an air cleaner (when was the last time you saw that in a hotel room at any class!), mini fridge, sofa and cocktail table. The Queen...

DO NOT follow the subway directions on their website. Like others have said, take the Line 9 National Assembly stop and you will end up pretty close to the hotel. That being said, overall the hotel was a good value. You get a huge room, tons of toiletries, very quiet atmosphere, underfloor heating, jetted bathtub, sauna controls in the shower,...

Spent a week here at the end of November. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice (Doulos Hotel was booked up). First the good: * The room is large (especially by Korean standards). Even the bathroom is huge. * Very quiet, we never heard any sounds from any other rooms (we were in room 701) * Ondol heating (under...

The wallpaper in the room was getting tatty and peeling away from the wall and the bed was hard (however we slept just fine). Apart from that, everything was good. The room was clean and spacious with hair-dryer, fridge, TV, computer and toiletries (far more than found in popular American motels). The air-conditioning was quiet and worked well. The complimentary...

Hotel M was such a great find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a fantastic base in Seoul. It is located about 20 mins by subway from the main attractions of Seoul and the nearest subway station is only 2 minutes away. Taxis are also incredibly cheap so if you have bought a...

This hotel is a great little gem. The rooms are spotless, very modern, and come with a computer (with free internet), flatscreen TV, jacuzzi, and steam room/shower. Given the price at 70,000KRW you can't go wrong. The only drawback really was that it is in the middle of nowhere. It is a good 20-25 minutes on the metro to anything...

Hotel M is located just 2 minutes walk from National Assembly metro station. Staff was VERY, VERY helpful during the whole 2 weeks stay. Whatever we asked for they were always happy to help us out! (also with booking additional trips over the phone!!) Our room was spacious with well sized bathroom! Room was cleaned everyday, doesn't matter what time...

A really nice hotel close to the next metro station, very clean and tidy. Stuff is allways friendly and eager to help out. Breakfast is mix between Korean and continental breakfast, but lasts only till 8.30 (the only minus). The rooms are comfortable, have air conditioning, and big bathroom with a tub and separte shower.

Staying in Yeoido

Neighborhood Profile
Yeoido
Along with Gangnam and Samseongdong, Yeoido completes the trifecta of Seoul’s three main business districts. Steel and glass towers are the most visible sights, reflecting Yeoido’s general association as a business hub. But Yeoido is also where Korea’s laws are debated and enacted by Korea’s legislators within the iconic National Assembly Building. For an escape from urban life, the Yeouido Hangang Park is one of the most popular parks along the Han River for Seoulites. Each spring, cherry blossom trees go into full bloom and the sight of the rows of pink trees and cherry blossom petals blowing in the air is a magical one that shouldn’t be missed if your timing is right.
