The woman receptionist doesn't really understand English. But the employees from the concierge service can understand English and one of the woman employee was very friendly and gave us very helpful advices, like for example, not going to Banpo Bridge Park at night because it can be very dangerous. The room was very comfortable and big. We really love the room. The view from the room was wonderful. Overall, the stay was excellent.

I stayed at this hoptel for 7 days as attending a copnference. I had a great time at this hotel. Staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble. Location is good, it's a nice area and just 10 minute walk to a metro station. The rooms are a decent size and are kept spotless by the house keeping staff. The conference facilities are very well mintained with very efficient staff. I would stay here again.

I have written previously that their food quality is amazing where as they dont have a good wine selection. I tried their room services a couple of times this time and food is good and it is fast. However, I find it strange that their seafood spaghetti at the lounge is covered with peppers. I know I am in Korea where food can be spicy but i did not like that the seafood spaghetti was spiced with black peppers. The hotel now added champagne to their drink selection. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very polite. I have seen some rude guests this week i.e people running in the hallway lost and drunk. I also found out that there is a french village behind the hotel. I will explore the restaurants next time.

i stay this hotel alone for holidays and really satisfied, FO is really helpful and kind, even in early morning 4am i can get help from FO. room condition was amazing and HKSP staff also so kind. i stayed 7th floor, even though i didn't call to guest service, i just walk out to hall way, HSKP staff always there for help. usually i had travel of business trip at least 1-2 times per month but before never met this warm greeting service from HSKP in any hotel even in USA, China, HK, Macau, Middle east and Europe. i think even better than Japan. also concierge staffs are so handsome.

The hotel is good location, clean , friendly staff , the breakfast is good , But the room size is too small, and in the room is hot we can not control the air conditioning, I know that the weather outside is cold but in room is not cold enough , if we open the window is good but the sound from outside is too loud so we can’t sleep . I stayed in room 431 it is doesn’t have mirror in the room only in bathroom , it so difficult for me . And the lobby it too small not enough space to seat .
