The coolest guesthouse ever! Best for non-Korean speaking travelers. They speak fluent English. 😁 I have certain expectations where to stay when i travel with friends and family, this by far exceeded them ALL. We were welcomed by the lovely ownercouple that carried our luggages all the way up to the alley to their cute, clean and very accessible guesthouse....

We stayed here twice during our visits to South Korea. We met Mr. Ryu during our first stay and he was a wonderful host! For our second stay here, the hosts have changed and we met a lovely couple who was always willing to accommodate our needs. Although breakfast can get quite old because there's no variety, but it's only...

i stayed 5 days at the single room. The owner know some English , but some only, so may not easy to communicate. Anyway, it is common in Korea, and as I do not need any help, it is okay for me. The location: near myeong-dong metro station, exit 3 , with about 5 mins walk. A bit hilly and...

I don't understand the hype associated with this place. It was conveniently located to Myeongdong shopping. The area is good for shopping but the food options in the area are really subpar. The guest room itself was moderately clean, but not as clean as I would have expected. There was hair in two of our beds when we arrived. Breakfast...

My family and I (hubby and kids ages 15 and 13) enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse. This was our first time to stay in one , a change from the hotels we usually book when we go on a holiday. This guesthouse was so charming- esp with the color combinations of the wall paintings inside, the bathroom tiles and...

This is my second visit to Soo Guesthouse and each one has been an enjoyable stay at a most reasonable price. The owner, Mr Ryu, is very kind and helpful - he even took the trouble to make two lovely mugs of hot citron tea for me and my friend when we both caught a cold during the Korean winter....

Had not been to this establishment for nearly 45 years because I was brought up near it. You know. When it's next door you don't do you? Any way I digress my sister in law and brother in law had been in a few weeks ago and said how nice it was. Well what can I say. The bar is...

We were very happy with our stay as Mr Ryu the owner helped us in every way he could : -- helped us book ITX train when we told him that the booking website is in Korean language. --...

I enjoyed my stay here at this guesthouse. The owner was very friendly and made breakfast every morning. He also stays at the guesthouse so if you needed anything, you could always ask him. Every room had their own bathroom and tv so interaction with the other guests was only when we had breakfast together. Rather than a guesthouse feeling,...

Great location. Near myeong-dong subway, and myeong-dong shopping street. There's a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenience store along the road just outside the guesthouse as well. However, you'll have to get up a flight of stairs to get to the guesthouse, so you might be a bit inconvenienced if you carry a heavyload of luggage! The guesthouse itself is...
