Excellent service, wonderful trip overall. There were a number of bells and whistles associated with having status (thank you holiday inn express corporate travel), and I've always enjoyed the Intercontinental brand. This location really stood out among all of the ones in all of the countries by the amenities, welcome gifts, and attentive service at the desired frequencies. They literally know what I want from them before I know I want it! Centrally located and connected to the mall as well as other wonderful establishments outside of the mall. Nice experience to follow after being stuck in korea's quarantine hotel for 14 days. Hotel breakfast buffet was great, and selection ample. You are required to wear food safety gloves and mask at all times except for when you are at your table eating. Tables spaced out and felt fine. They will require your negative covid-test results and government authorization certificate before you are able to complete the check-in process, and that was easy enough given I received mine right before checking in.…
Actually I was more excited for recent renovation but it was the best stay ever among more than a couple of times over the years. This location was famous for its excellent guest care and now fully ready to continue and now becomes more splendid and utmost after 1 year off from renovation. The moment I stepped in for check in and until I checked out, every staff was totally awesome. Specially thank Ms. Gina Kim, Asst. Concierge Manager for her kindest attention to my just 1 night stay but which still makes unforgettable and such a special one!! Every staff did a wonderful job and Leadership team should recognize her and each one of staff, who was on afternoon shift at check in counter and being in charge of helping guests on Wed. Dec 2nd local time ,deserve a big pat on their back. Awesome and awesome!! No wonder this location is the best one in the area!!…
I stayed at Parnas Grand Seoul for 5 days with my two children. I chose premium two double bedroom, and requested one extra bed for my youngest child. The room was spacious enough with a desk and sofa. The incident happened on Saturaday at the breakfast buffet. The buffet was unusually crowded with guests visiting just for breakfast. I had to share the table with strangers. It was very uncomfortable. My advice is to avoid Saturday or visit early. When I was leaving the buffet with my children, this middle-aged Male host ran toward me and yelled. He said I forgot to sign the check! I explained that the other host has already checked us in with my room number and name. The breakfast was already included with my stay. He could have been more polite or talked to me in a quiet voice. It was embarrassing. He treated me as if I had free breakfast. The way he treated guests was unprofessional and unpleasant. Even the check out process was unpleasant. I mentioned about the incident and how I have felt. He said it was just a procedure. He wasn't attentive to my story. The concierge was very helpful and the room service was great. Thank you for the prompt and kind response of the room service. It is very crowded on the weekends. I recommend Grand Walker Hill if you prefer quiet and serene atmosphere. The room is spacious compared to Grand W.H.…
This is a great business hotel in a good location where I stayed multiple times last year. Very walkable with a huge Mall underground and adjacent. Literally 100s of restaurants nearby. The hotel is luxe with all amenities. We love the cafe / bar area and the breakfast is outstanding in terms of variety and quality. Very nice rooms and spacious by Korean standards. I used the airport limousine service which uses BMW 7 series, perfect service and super punctual. My place in Seoul :-)
I stayed here in Oct 2018 not 2019. Staffs were very friendly and enjoyed a great selection of breakfast. I didn't have a chance to use the gym but my colleague loved the gym. The hotel is connected to a department store and food courts in the basement, so it was soooo convenient. Parnas is only 3 stations away from Gangnam station and the metro station is just below the hotel. I really like the lighting in the bathroom so I could wear my make up properly! Last year I stayed in Abmassdor Gangnam but their lighting was terrible so I do appreciate Parnas hotel's lighting! My only problem was the lock. The card key did not work 80% of my stay so I had to ask them to change the key. It was very annoying but staff were nice so it was not that big deal for me. I would love to stay here again. Hope people are not confused between Intercontinental Coex and Parnars. If you want to walk near the park choose Intercontinental Coex but if you want to explore in the mall and food court, definitely choose Parnas.…
