My second time staying Ambassador Seoul, it has been significantly improved compared with 4 years ago. The room was fully of high tech system. The lights control was convenient, the curtain is automatic control, the television is huge with Netflix access. The facility in bath room was also decent. Shower was very strong and I stayed in basic room, but also with bathtub. The breakfast and evening buffet were fantastic, not too many choices but with quality food. The hotel service was also fantastic! The front desk team helped me a lot during check in, and Mr. David Kim from concierge helped me using Kakao Taxi App. Thank you all!
The Ambassador was such a great experience for us! We came here for a wedding and had no idea what to do in Seoul. Concierge Henry was so friendly, helpful and professional in getting us settled in and showing us where everything was. He even helped me print out some Important documents! All in all fantastic service.
We stayed two nights at the hotel, we fully enjoyed our stay. The hotel is incredible. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The breakfast at The King’s buffet restaurant is one of the best breakfast I ever had. Thank you again for this experience.
I booked this hotel with my Amex Card points just trying to find a quick place to put my things down for one night. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! It is a gorgeous hotel that incorporates beauty and tech. The staff was without fail polite, friendly, and very accommodating. Henry checked me in at the front desk and he was so sweet and explained everything to me. My room was upgraded to a king sized bed, huge plus! And my bathroom had a waterfall shower. I wish I stayed more than just one night! I will definitely look to stay here again.
Having been Platinum Accor Member and stayed several times before Covid19 pandemic, my last stay was quite the disappointment. 1. No preference record on my previous stays such as room type and bathroom preference. 2. Incompetent English communication from reception during Check In which led to a number of miscommunications. 3. Executive lounge was operated in interval which led to hotel request for me to leave the area even though I had not finished my work on my laptop in the lounge. 4. It might be from the hotel promotion to local Koreans which led to overcrowded usages of Lounge area. I hope these comments can get through their management team since I heard Ambassador is the big firm in Korean hospitality service and wish I could go back to stay there on my next upcoming trip or probably I have to consider to stay with another chain since Accor in Korea mostly owned by Ambassador Group. BEST WISHES, CHANAPATT…
