Pros · Rooms were excellentl! huge and very new, beds comfortable and lovely bathroom, nice balcony, just perfect.
gym a large size. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons · Room smelt of smoke when air con was on although it claims to be non smoking. Breakfast was not 4 star at all- congealed Luke warm scrambled eggs and a charge for cappuccino ( never before encountered this in 4 star), the quality needs to seriously improve.Only one of us could have cappuccino as the equipment broke. Gym was great size but the cross trainer monitor/ intensity setting broken and clearly had been for some time ( I have an injury and need to train which is why I booked this hotel from the pics of the gym equipment). Gym guy clearly knew this, hotel staff didn’t

The hotel is really in a good location and had the privilege of meeting the owner, was incredibly friendly and nice. Great stay and really good breakfast. It is preferred to have a room at the backside not the front (at the highway) as at night would be noisy, also would suggest if they change the pillows to better, comfy ones.. but they are not bad to sleep on.. but nevertheless a really good hotel compared to others

Location is not bad, close to metro and nice cafes/shops. Service staff are friendly enough. Room service was great. Basic amenities available. If staying here, request for a room on the higher floors. We stayed on the second floor and the first night it was very noisy with drunken guests. The second night there was a couple fighting & shouting on the streets at 2 am. Hailing Taxis are expensive for tourists as they charge a premium. Better to have the hotel call a taxi as it is cheaper. But be wary because we missed a tour on our last day as the taxi they called did not speak English and with the main road blocked due to protests, driver suddenly just dropped us in the middle of nowhere saying ‘finished’. We didn’t know where to go so we ended up missing our last day tour which left a disappointing note to our trip. Requests for late check out are only ok for an hour later, longer than that they will charge.

I stayed here during a work trip. The hotel rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast is really generous and delicious. Served on a rooftop with beautiful views over the city. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The location is central to the old city and other interesting parts of the city. It's very easy to get around using taxis or Bolt.

The hotel situated in city in marjanishville street.
Its a happening place.
Little away from the river (5-7 minutes walk).
It is a 3 star hotel.
The reception & the staff was very cooperative and they allowed us for an early check in.
We were have 5 rooms and they gave us 2 immediately & rest in one hour.
The rooms (double & triple occupancy) were of standard size (king size bed). neat & clean.
The bathroom also reasobale, except little bit dirty (more house keeping attention required) with consumables on rack.
The restaurant located at top with view.
The breakfast wasn't to our standards.
limited items.
Difficult to locate whether product was HALAL or not, despite many asian & arabs are the customers, however, a new country , new culture may bring such challenges despite the restaurant staff was very helpful and we have been served with omelette.
There are superstore nearby & its easy to access all the places.
Marjanishville has plenty of restaurant iranian & arabic where you can fill your stomach.
Its a beautiful place and hotel itself was good except NOISE as it was poor in acoustics.
Check out was smooth.

We had to stay there due to reason of other hotels to be fully booked.
It is freshly renovated.
Location is not the best as anywhere you go you have to take a taxi.
Rooms are very small, but made with a good taste
Breakfast is served from 8.00 am, which is very late by my opinion
Would i return there — NO

We had an amazing experience in this hotel. Cozy and clean rooms. Staffs were extremely friendly and cordial specially Maryam from Food & beverage department and Natalia from reception. Rooftop restaurant with an excellent city view and nice food but less variety. in general was a great holiday and we will definitely recommend ZP Palace hotel to all our friends.
