The hotel suspended the breakfast service but they don’t inform Expedia system so you can make a reservation with breakfast also I attached a photo that is possible The hotel is clean, very near to center but the breakfast is a very big problem such like this hotel I don’t stay again here
Without doubt one of the best places we staid at in Georgia. This hotel is super cool with Jugendstil style, an inner court, good rooms and a superb staff. Helpful and super friendly. Clean rooms and bathrooms too. Location is nice in the middle of the old town. Yes, some houses around look like slumping, but this makes the hotel a paradise. Just far enough from the main tourist route. Love it!
Totally enjoyed the stay at this hotel. 8 days and the locality of the hotel is excellent. Centre to everything. Room cleaned every day and the reception was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be a bit more interesting and verity but all food was fresh. Was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
I loved my stay here. The room was pretty basic but the public area was beautiful and the location was perfect; very central but quiet. There’s a nice standard buffet breakfast and they’ll make you a cheese omelette. If I come to Tbilisi again I will stay here.
This was our second stay in the hotel Villa Mtiebe. We booked this lovely hotel for our wedding anniversary and had a large room with balcony. The complimentary breakfast has a good collection and the staff will make you an omelette or Turkish coffee if you ask them. The room has complimentary bottled water and tea & coffee, also the mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. If you want a really nice hotel in the Old Town this is for you!
Beautiful small hotel. Room lovely with Juliet balcony. Breakfast adequate. Ladies serving breakfast are so lovely. Turkish coffee good and breakfast ladies will make you an omelet to order. Great location for sightseeing. On the downside No outdoor space which would be nice in the hot weather but overall for the price this little hotel is excellent. Would like to add that most of the reception staff are nice.
This hotel is a good value, has a great location, and very friendly staff. Stayed here two nights in the budget double room no window. Pros: -It was not too small but a little odd shaped. I did not feel cramped at all. -clean and comfortable bed -great staff. Very friendly. -nice lady who makes breakfast. -I get very hot at night and don’t like the heavy comforter they put on beds these days. So, when possible, I take the comforter out and sleep with the sheet. I could do this here. Often, when I return to my room, the comforter is back in the sheets and I have to empty every night. Not here! The maid made my bed with the sheet and put the comforter in the closet. Very thoughtful! -breakfast good with omelette and Turkish coffee to order. Cons: -if I was sleeping with another person the bed would have been too small for my liking. -the room was a little stuffy and, no outside window, the air con wasn’t working. Too early in the year? But it wasn’t too bad. -window facing atrium where they have breakfast. A little noisy from the door mostly. But I use a white noise app and you could tell they try to be quiet. So, it wasn’t onerous. -same breakfast every day. Overall, this was a great place to stay. I would come back anytime. …
We spent three lovely nights at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered a nice variety and the rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and was in a great location, close to the main sights.
We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at the Villa Mtiebi. It is a ten minute or less walk to most of Old Town or to Liberty Square, where you can catch the metro to most other points in Tbilisi you'll want to visit--yet its side-street location affords peace and quiet round the clock. The room was clean and well-maintained; apparently the rooms vary in size as ours was quite spacious but some reviewers thought their rooms on the small side. All the staff we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. It is not a "luxury boutique" hotel, but at this price point you'd be hard pressed to find nicer or more comfortable. For a place this reasonable with only ten or a dozen rooms, the included breakfast was surprising in variety and quality.
We spent three nights at this hotel. Except for the bathrooms, it is rundown and in need of updating. The carpet in the common area is worn and coming up in places. The paint is peeling. Overall, it feels very dated. There is no outdoor seating. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast is decent. The hotel is located in the old town and convenient to see the sights in that part of town. Some staff was friendly while others were not particularly hospitable. If you are on a budget and not fussy, you may be happy with this hotel. We were not.
