I stayed there for 4 nights. I was staying in the new building which is a 5* while there is another building (the old one) with a 4* class. Nice and friendly staff. Delicious food and a lot of choices for breakfast. A bit slow on housekeeping. Most of the time there were no shampoos and toilet papers and I... More

Stayed there for 5 nights, the hotel was good in terms of location as its near to the city center and room size but in term of houes keeping they need an improvement as from the second day although houes keeping do their work in cleaning the room they always miss adding toilet stuff like shower cap, tissues, shampoo and... Booked here for a 3 night stay and right from arrival the absence of management, the understaffing and the lack of training became clear. By 10.45pm when we reached here, what appears to be the only restaurant was closed and while we were first assured there was room service, this later changed to "will be available in about a week"!!... Let's get right down to it. I was put up at this property for 2 nights at what I consider an amazing rate compare to other luxury hotels in Tbilisi. Here is what is right and good about this property. It has by far the best location. Old town with amazing restaurants and Gabriadze Theatre, and beautiful, soulful Tbilisi evening... More

They were renovating the hotel during our stay. The swimming pool was closed because of that. We had a lovely and spacious room at the back of the building. Downside of this was the fact that there's an alley behind the hotel with bars and restaurants. One of the restaurants offers live music and that can be a bit annoying... More

I was here for a business meeting from Sunday to Friday, due to flights arrived at 03.30 AM arrived at hotel at 04.15, was given room 210, it was awful, beside the air-con intakes and the Irish Pub at the side streets, so two reasons why I was hot and could not sleep, window issues, could not open window, and... The hotel is located well in Tbilisi. The view from outside is good. We had booked 4 rooms for our official stay for two nights each. While some rooms had good view but others were quiet far from satisfactory. I had a room closed from all sides and only a small window opening in the lobby. The room at 4th... More

I have stayed twice in this hotel and I have the same outcome after my stay. In my first stay (about a year ago) they were expanding the hotel together with the building near it and started the renovation. I thought that this year it would be ready and that I would have the "renovated" experience. Unfortunately the new part... More

Have been there for couple of days and run away fast. They gave me a room with no window, or with window to common veranda, where other guests are passing thru. So you have to close the window and your curtains if want to have some privacy. It is also issue during the night, as had feeling somebody is permanently... More

For such a supposedly prestigious hotel the dining was one of the poorest I have encountered in a long time. The Service was terrible, one waiter sat behind the bar during my time here on his phone. Nobody asked us did we enjoy meal (which we didn't). It felt more like canteen food. Don't bother dining here.
