Sadly together with my boyfriend we have chosen this hotel for our Tbilisi stay earlier in June. our experience with them was horific actually. We have goten a room with broken furniture which we thought in the beginning it is not a big deal. But very soon later in the day we have discovered that we do not have a warm water at all and so problems started to pile up. We decided to sleep on it and in the morning we discovered that still the entire hotel does not have a warm water. This was a big deal because actually it was so hot in the city after traveling 8 hours to Tbilis all we wanted was to shower. Later came insects in our room (ants under the bed). Throughout our stay we also did not have a wifi. The worst was actually the breakfast... not only what they provided but actually that the person that came to serve (make coffee or omlette) was a person that in the meantime was cleaning the rooms and toilets of other people, when she saw we are going to have a breakfast she came downstairs and acted as our cook (making eggs)and waitress. I really founded it disgusting and unacceptable because we thought we were booking a proper 8.9 hotel (booking stated this rate). Also please keep you valuables with you if you will stay in this hotel- there is no security in this hotel- the downstairs door is locked with a broom (not a joke when we were leaving at 6 the door was locked with a broom!) By the way they will also not clean your room, or change towels... they only have one set of keys so they can not go inside unless you leave them the key and unless you specifically ask for your room to be made up. We also chose this Hotel because on the pictures it really looks good... but it is well worn down place... and dirty (we are attaching pics) The worst was service though, very rude owner, there was no discussion on the conditions- we had no choice actually. This is not a hotel, HOSTEL yes not a HOTEL . Tbilisi is great! but experience with 7 Baits hotel has spoiled our stay. we have then moved to another hotel instead to salvage our vacation but we were never reimbursed anything.

Unfortunatley the hotel is not in an accaptable condition. There are aints in the rooms, no shades in the rooms, nightsstands half destroyed, breakfast area is in a basement without windows, everething is durty, from time to time no hot water. The service is as bad as the rooms, not all people on reception speak English. Overall it could be a hostel, but not for the high price.

My wife and I stayed three nights at this place. The location is very good. Close to everything in Old Tbilisi. We walked all around such as to the funicular, the Cable car, Freedom Square, National Museum etc. The hotel is run by friendly people speaking enough English to help with questions and transfers. They have me home made chacha. It is kind of the little things that brings our rating down. Loose toilet seat, broken shower door, terrible pillows. Everything is clean and tidy, however, and we would say that the place is price worthy for being in Old Tbilisi

We had a nice stay at the center of old Tbilisi. Everything was good, except the wooden stairs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also have to say that it's clean place. Very near from main attractions bath, cable car etc.

We have booked economy class room, which did not have a window (did not know that, prob it was written in confirmation, and I haven’t noticed), upgrade cost quite a lot - a hotel we stayed few days after was cheaper but WAY better. So don’t think it’s reasonable. Location is nice though.
