I have selected this hotel in Vake district due to its location, as I had to do some business in the same district. The room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bit basic, but still good enough.

I've stayed here several times while passing through Tbilisi on my way to other destinations. The rooms are very nice, most of them with balconies. The location is fairly central but quiet, in a nice neighborhood. However the breakfasts are dreadful, with a buffet of mostly processed products and cotton wool sliced bread, and service invisible. Reception service is indifferent.

I selected this hotel because of proximity to the UN House - my business destination. It is located in upscale and secure residential region of Tbilisi. There are several good cafes and restaurants near by and one can always get taxi for 5 Lari ($2) to most of downtown places, if you wish. The hotel is relatively new with big...

I stayed in VIP Victoria in march 2015 nearly 2 weeks and was very pleased with the room, staff, breakfast, cleaness. The room was quite big and very comfortable, room was divided into two parts working and sleeping areas. i had a working desk and fluffy sofas. Bed was very comfortable and big and the main thing is that bed-clothes...

Room was a little dated and the bathroom did not smell great, some issues in particular with the sink. The reception staff were generally friendly although their English levels varied. Ignore the extortionate prices quoted for airport transfers in the rooms, the front desk organised a taxi for me at the local prices. Breakfast was nothing special, but adequate.

I was at the VIP with a large group. While I found the staff to be quite nice, the rooms were very dated and it seemed that there were issues with the plumbing from the different odors that came from the bathroom since the moment we checked in. The area was OK. There's a Mussoni Bar right down the street...

Stayed in this hotel in Feb and was very pleased with the room and hotel style in general. Very modern and clean with high quality furniture and fittings both in rooms and public areas. Helpful staff as well.

When in a country where you are unfamiliar with virtually everything the essential thing to have is a friendly, informative and caring place to stay. The VIP Victoria really delivered for us on this - totally. The staff were wonderful to us. It is well located in a more upmarket suburb with excellent restaurants and cafes within 200 metres. Old...

The hotel is an interesting art deco building about 5-6 km from the old town. We actually walked there - a very nice walk but definitely long. The hotel is just not well maintained, cleanliness is questionable, and the beds are lumpy/springs uneven. Mini blinds are bent and dirty. Would not stay here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff, not all of them speak english so they can seem very shy. We had a problem with our room a few nights in to a month long stay and we were moved to another room immediately after we reported the problem. I have a medical condition and the staff were more than happy to cook...
