Welcome to Alliance The hotel “Alliance” is situated in the central of ecological clean district of Tbilisi. It is at the distance of 22 km from Tbilisi airport and 3 km from the center of the city (10 minutes by taxi). The hotel offers the transfer, a mini-bar, a TV-set , an air-conditioner, a hygienic shower and a hair-drier in each room, elevator, free WI-FI. There is a fire-preventation system in the hotel and an evacuation plan on each floor. Reception is working twenty-four- hour. The “Alliance” offers sauna, massage, billiards. It is possible to take a cup of coffee and admire a view of the Mtatsminda on the terrace. We also offer restaurant service with continental breakfast and national dishes. The bar works in the restaurant, it has range of Georgian wines. In the wine-shop guests can taste wine has been produced in accordance with Georgian traditions and they can roast barbeque by themselves. The hotel “Alliance” offers a conference hall service.

first time I felt like I dont need to use the sheet and covers I brought with me. when I entered lobby I was like it is smell of heaven. quite place and beautiful area. staff smily and nice. food is unique. you can enjoy the view of the city and drink your famous home made Georgian wine at night. It might not be a good choice if you are looking for a place close to city center.

The staff was nice and helpfull. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Had some minor problems with lights, aircon and the window. The breakfast was nice and fresh but the coffee was instant.
As I was in Tbilisi for a conference I was hoping to get some pens and paper in the room, there were none.
Also, the location is a bit remote I you want to see the centre of the city.

If you Traveled to Tbilisi before,you may know average price of Tbilisi hotels is very costly(regard to the room,equipments and hotel services);
but Surprisingly when I was staying first week of this August in Alliance hotel,I see a clean newly renovated building hotel with modern furniture ,air-conditioner, private balcony and fine breakfast .Just for 85 Lari(about 51$)
The location in Saburtalo district (Dolidze St) is easy to find with Google map but your walking to the hotel likes climbing the mountain. :))

Actually this is the first time that review and descriptions of the hotel were completely against the fact about staff and service based on my experience.That was the first hotel(if you barely can call it a hotel)that no one answers a simple hello or maybe cant speak English and never tried to make a conversation and welcoming guests .I dont know why but it seems they are not happy to be your host .This is the only place in Tbilisi and Georgia that you may feel a stranger because Georgians are very kind and friendly .

This hotel is worth the price you pay.
It has all the basic amenities including free wifi in the room.
Breakfast is basic, but the good thing is that you can request your choice and they try their best to fulfill it.
Hotel staff are helpful and quiet understanding.
Hotel is in a very quiet location, but has small supermarkets at walking distance.
The only drawback is that walking back to the hotel is like climbing a hill since the hotel is on top of a steep slope.
Its better to request the hotel to arrange for airport pickup since some of the taxi drivers might find it difficult to locate the hotel.
The hotel airport taxi rates are quiet reasonable.

I stayed here for 7 fabulous days. Beautifully renovated old family home, set high on a hill just out of the city. Fantastic place to immerse yourself in the real life of the town, great photo ops, lovely rooms, exquisite linen, great breakfast and wonderful staff. Hotel organized amazing personalized tours with driver and interpreter.... nothing was too much trouble... can recommend especially if you like to get out and see the city from the inhabitants perspective. There is so much to see in Tbilisi and Georgia... if you are not sure what you want, chat to them before you go... they are great at getting back to you online and very helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights in 2 different rooms, the first 2 nights we stayed in the wing that there is no lift - so we had to carry our luggage down. The last 2 nights we stayed in wing with lift access, we experienced the slow water flow in the shower on 4th floor room.
What they can improve here is service mindset in general though I have to give compliment to one lady who covered her hair and severed us the breakfast with big smile.
The room is clean and WiFi is good here. SIM card is available to buy here.

Hi,
I came for a short vacay to georgia and had my room pre booked at hotel Alliance...
hotels got a pleasant atmosphere and the views are good ... but unfortunately i feel sorry to state that the staffs they’ve got are extremely rude and uncivilized which totally ruined our mood !
While we were waiting for our driver at the lobby , one of their lady staffs (guessing its the roomservice) barges all the way to the lobby , comes to me , lifts her hand up with a dirty towel and starts screaming at me , questioning me what i did with those! Honestly there weren’t any tissues kept in the room so i had to use the towels to remove my makeup .. but she had made up her own story saying i cleant my shoes with those ... whatever it was... can she scream at me in the lobby bringing to me the used towel ? Well if if was that important she should’ve done it in a civilized manner, i wouldve even paid for the damn towel !
Well i feel this was wrong on so many levels !
Ive stayed in so many hotels before and this kind of treatment and experience was the first time !
Secondly , the breakfast was not filling and tasted really bad ... again the staffs were too grumpy
Thirdly , it was very VERY noisy in the nights which went until 3 in the morning ,which made the stay worser ...
