Hotel with a perfect location, found in the back of the main street Rostabli in tblisi but protected from the noise and bustle, the hotel's exit brings you within a distance of a few meters from the main street near the metro station, taxis, shopping centers and downtown attractions. If you attracted by a dark, gloomy , depressing place, you will love it. You will not pay attention to the size of its tiny rooms where the access to the bed is difficult. You will not be worried by the fact that windows are not transparent. They are grey because they overlook a yard and a noisy parking. It...

It was nice to stay at Villa Park hotel. Firstly. The location is amazing. In the center of Tbilisi. Just 10 minutes walking to the freedom square and the pubs area. The rooms are a bit small but its ok. The breakfast is incredible. A lot of diverse food. Just one thing. The smell from the toilet is a really...

There is nothing in this place that reminds you villa or boutique. Place stinks. Entry is from the dirty and smelly backyard of one of the buildings on Rustaveli avenue in Tbilisi. Its location is good, but the rest is just unacceptable. Worst is the price (Radisson rate) for a terrible room and smelly and dark corridors.

I rate this three as the hotel has no extra amenities like a spa, bar, business center, etc. While the outside of the building was not very inviting, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived in our room. It was cozy and the matrasses were very comfortable. The people at reception were excellent. They were just as good as a...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed a clean room with free wifi and a reach breakfast. The television was not working but most of the programs are in Georgian language or Russian, so we wouldn't understand anyway. The reception girl named Ligya was extremely nice, spoke fluent English and she helped us a lot finding attraction...

Location of this hotel was the best for my purpose as I traveled on business. It is almost across the street from Radisson Blu, which costs for a similar room six times as much. So, this hotel offers a good value for money and you can always pay to use spa and swimming pool in Radisson, just next door. Lots...

“The location is such that I am not sure there are any rooms with a beautiful view. Our windows were frosted which was good in terms of keeping out the sunlight in the morning.”

“All rooms are equal. All rooms I believe have windows looking out over the enclosed courtyard and parking area. Great for people watching as there is an apartment building within view with locals coming and going.”
