We stayed 2 nights in the KMM hotel. The first night we stayed in the Superior room with Balcony, The room was amazing, with a spectacular view to the old town. The bathroom was new, clean with heated flooring. The second night we took the regular room, which wasn't as new and renovated as the superior, however was still comfortable and clean and worth the value. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good with both hot and cold options.
We had a spare overnight stay at Tbilisi, on our way back from Gudauri before we flew back home. This hotel was a pleasant surprise and beyond our expectations. The staff at the reception were helpful during check-in. The room was awesome. 2 small balconies, the best view of Narikala Fortress and a major part of Old Tbilisi. Within walking distance of heroes as well as Freedom Square. The mineral spas/ Turkish Baths were close by. Since the time was less, we will surely come back to Tbilisi and spend more time there. Definitely stay at KMM 2. The icing on the cake was when we checked out at 2 am, went to the Airport. Only to realize that our destination flight was canceled and a few calls to the Airline, we understood that the tour company changed our flight 2 months ago, without informing us. Immediately, I called the hotel and they were happy to welcome us back on the same booking. The breakfast was a good spread, food quality was excellent. However, the staff at the restaurant were sitting inside and playing loud video games on their phones. We tried greeting them politely once or twice they were outside the kitchen, passing by our table but got no response. Once again, the staff at the reception were above par. …
Well located, had a quiet room with absolutely no view. Room well appointed, and an excellent bathroom. All very clean. Reception check in was quick, and staff helpful. Breakfast was good in the top floor restaurant, great views. Would recommend
Stayed at this hotel when doing a group tour. It was the hotel chosen by the tour company and I wasn't disappointed. It is a small hotel north of the main city of Tbilisi but within easy walking distance of the attractions. Has two bakeries nearby, a wine cellar on the corner (excellent rose) and chemist further up the hill across the main road. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the wi-fi was excellent. It isn't a huge multi-storey hotel which is an incentive for me.
Stayed here for 4 nights recently while travelling in Georgia-stay was spread over 8 days. Really lovely hotel, modern and smart, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are great, spotlessly clean and with powerful showers and hot water. The first couple of nights had a room with a balcony overlooking the old part of Tbilisi-beautiful views!! The hotel is up quite a steep hill, hence the views, but there are taxis at the bottom if needed. Its only a 10-15 minute walk down to the Old City and the Peace Bridge-took a little bit longer coming back up!! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and some hot options. And the staff are lovely as well, helpful, cheerful and courteous. Would recommend this hotel highly.
