This was our 5th transatlantic and 1st back to back cruise. Things have improved in NYC terminal as far as organization of embarking passengers. We had a "balcony" cabin (somewhat smaller than what we have had in the past) which was fine. The food/bar and housecleaning/general staff went above and beyond and are second to none. Problems we encountered was with guest services and administration. The excursions were a joke, for example on one excursion 40 minutes after our "meet time" we were still sitting on a bus in the parking lot. Most excursions were far too short (time wise) to make it enjoyable. My suggestion is do your own "private" tours (there are many for hire just outside the terminal or research online prior to your trip). As "platinum" members we were suppose to have a certain amount of free "internet" minutes, we were "shorted" and when we tried to resolve the internet person gave nonsense excuses and no results. Others we talked to said he screwed up their phone so it quit working when they were off the ship (it had worked fine before). The internet desk it only open for a few hours here and there. The man was suppose to be there at 4pm I waited till 4:20 and he never showed up .... when I went to approach an officer to get answers I was waived (and blown off) ... hmmm We spent a total (after ship purchases) of over $20,000 .... is this the way you treat customers? Upon completion of the cruise Norwegian was to arrange our "air travel" there was a busload of us (many 65 plus years old, some disabled) and the hired guide basically power walked at a very fast pace where he lost most the crowd ... so basically we were left to fend for ourselves (in a foreign country) at an airport we knew nothing about. In the past we have had good luck with Norwegian but after this fiasco we shall consider other cruise options. All our "Norwegian" trips we have spent a total of close (or more) than $100,000 so in the end it is their loss not mine.

We will never rent an RV from Cruise America nor recommend it. If I could only give zero stars I would! 4 hours after picking up our RV, our check engine light went on. I called the 1-800-334-4110. We were told to keep driving, if at any point we felt unsafe to stop and called them back so they can send someone to help us. Of course on our way to Idaho same day! the RV started shaking really bad and making crazy sounds. We stopped at the only gas's station 25 min before winnemucca. We were told they would send someone to help us. To just hang in there and wait for a call to give us an ETA of arrival for someone to look at the RV. 5 hours later and no status or call from Cruise America. I gave them a call and was told to call the next day to see if they can get us a new RV. Family of 7 with everyone hungry. We decided to drive to the closest city feeling very unsafe but we managed to make it to a parking lot . I called back the next day 9 am and was told to wait till our agent called us back. In the meanwhile I called the towing company that was supposed to come check out RV, apparently they were told by Rebecca from Cruise America to cancel, because we told her we felt safe to DRIVE It to the nearest camp site. We never called and told her that, we chose to drive since it had been 5 hours and no updates. Rebecca was very rude and very unprofessional! Specially when I asked who told her to cancel our tow or service check. It's been 24hrs and we are still parked and unable to move. Still waiting for someone to assist us or hear any updates.. by 4 pm I called and told them we would be driving back home expecting a full refund and if anything happened to us , Cruise America would be responsible. right away I got a call back that they would be sending us a new RV coming from Salt Lake City, 5 hrs away from us. We should expect the new RV between 8-9pm. I called travelers asst at 7pm to make sure our new RV was on the way. I was told by the new agent Alex , that our RV driver broke the headlight and had to stop to fix it. Now our new ETA has changed. We should expect our new RV by 9-10pm . I called at 10 to see where the driver was. I spoke with a new agent Ariel, she stated she was unable to reach the driver. She would call us back once she heard anything from the driver. Ariel called us back at 10:30 and told us our new RV would arrive around 12:30 am . I asked why the big change of time? Ariel stated they were unable to get us a new RV from Salt Lake City and that the RV was coming from a further place than Salt Lake City . Every Agent has a different story . They absolutely do not care about the customers safety. Everything they tell you is all BS. Everything they say is all lies ! 2 full days stuck in a parking lot unable to move! It is now 1:30am going into our 3rd day and still no new RV or any updates. This is a joke! Wish they could just be honest so we can figure out what to do, instead of staying up thinking a new RV is almost here.

Hello. We had a bad experience about this hotel without even visiting it.Me and my family booked the this hotel through an agency and were going to spend our New Year holidays here from 31.12.19-04.01.2020. The problem is that the day before our visit , I had a bad incident and I had to lay at the hospital for 10 days.I have called to the agency to informe about my condition and hopefully waiting that the agency will refund all the money we have paid for the whole stay. The stay included also Gala dinner for 31.12.19 and we have paid also for it beforehand. The agency had told me that the hotel is refusing to refund the money and they can’t do anything as well. I have sent a private message to the hotel’s Facebook page but was ignored as well.I hope this comment almost will be responded and will the issue will be solved as well as we have paid for the services we never used. Regards Sona Mehrabyan

Nothing out of the ordinary, GREAT room and bed was nice. The shower had PLENTY of water and pressure=big PLUS. Big breakfast Buffet, at times the restaurant are FULL of bus tour guests, but once bus left one can sit alone in the big restaurant. The area around is a bit dull, so there is not much night; life going on around

Hotel management locked up our rooms and stuff due to financial issues with the travel agency. Can’t imagine how harmful they act towards their guests. Strange attitude from staff at reception desk. Everything else was normal but accepted.

I don't believe this is a 4 star hotel, it is more like 3star. A bit far from city center of tbilisi but in nice neighborhood. Its Staff were polite and helpful. First night they gave us an old room whitch was awful (because there was no other room available) they switched our room the next day and things got better. The internet coverage was good but the quality wasn't satisfactory. The breakfast was ordinary and not exciting. This hotel has all you need if you are intrested in gooing out and spend more time in the city

Friendly staff, clean and budget friendly! Breakfast was normal. Spacious room and balcony. It take 6-10 local currency to get to the city so that was great! There is an amazing restaurant nearby called red mug

The hotel is modern with an excellent view overlooking the river. The staff was super friendly, very helpful, smiling all the time, & kind. The room and bed was large and comfortable, extremely clean room, Wi-Fi fast, testy breakfast, great facilities. Million thanks to Ms. Katie and Ms. Tamuna and the whole staff who made our trip so unforgettable. The service was AMAZING! Those people are the best! So warm and thoughtful! Sent to my friend a bottle of champagne and birthday cake because they noticed on her check in data that it was her birthday. Seriously, best service ever! Definitely coming back!!!
