Detailed Reviews
The hotel is classic with a touch of distinctive features. The staff are absolutely amazing from the check in by Maryam to Anton in the restaurant and not to mention Chef Alexander who made the most scrumptious meals. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in RM 308. The upgrade by Maryam had stunning views of the Kura River, the peace Bridge , St. George Statute and the location was very close to the convenience stores as well as the rail cable cars. Anton on the other had took care of our drinks and even gave us a taste of the famous Kindzmarauli red wine. He also advised us to order pork which Chef Alexander clearly understood the assignment. The SPA massage from Lina was relaxing and her soft hands did wonders to our bodies. If asked, we'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was pretty nice. I stayed there for 4 nights and I can say I was happy with my choice of hotel. The rooms were cozy, clean and well-decorated. The service was good and the staff were quite helpful. The breakfast was mostly acceptable; even though, one morning, it was served pretty cold! I loved the view and the peace and quiet of the hotel.
If you plan to book this place you need to have a few things in mind. The rooms do NOT have a view of the city! At least ours did not. It is the restaurant that offers a panoramic view of the city. The hotel is located on top of a hill. So if you like to explore the city on foot, the way to Adamo is really really steep and you will probably need to get a taxi. Also, during our stay there were some weddings and photoshoots taking place in the hotel that affected the availability of the restaurant at night and noon.
All in all, recommended and worth a short stay.

+1
The hotel is really beautiful. Misho at reception is very friendly and helpful, he made our stay become more comfortable. Lucifer the cat is a bonus for cat lover, you can enjoy the view while playing with this sweet gentleman.

We stayed at this hotel from March 18, 2024 until March 25, 2024. While the hotel’s location nestled in the foothills offers picturesque views, it also posed challenges for elderly guests who found it difficult to navigate the terrain. Beyond this, there are additional aspects I’d like to highlight:
Negative Points:
1. Room Booking Discrepancy: Our original booking was for a twin bedroom for 7 nights, but upon arrival, we were given a tiny double bedroom. When I requested a change, the response was disappointing: "As you are staying for 7 nights, we can't do anything. If it were a shorter stay, we could definitely change your room." This meant we had to endure the discomfort for the entire duration of our stay.
2. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast experience was way below average. The selection was very limited, and the quality left much to be desired. The most disappointing aspect was the stale bread. It's disheartening to encounter such poor bread quality in a hotel located in a region known for its wine, cheese, and bread. Over the last 3 days, I had to buy fresh bread from a nearby bakery and took it to the restaurant. Even though the restaurant lady manager was trying hard to make it a better experience but it seemed to be out of her hands.
3. Butter Shortage: Over the last 3 days of our stay, the breakfast items dwindled further. There was a noticeable scarcity of fruits, and to our surprise, they ran out of butter. When we inquired about it, the response was that butter was no longer available. This lack of basic amenities was quite frustrating.
Positive Points:
1. Cleanliness: On a positive note, the hotel was exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff worked diligently throughout the day to maintain a hygienic environment.
2. Helpful Receptionist: The lady at the reception, with red highlights in her hair, was truly helpful. Her assistance made our stay more pleasant.
3. Staff Friendliness: From what I observed, the staff members were generally helpful. However, it seems that the high-level management might need improvement.
Overall, while the cleanliness and helpfulness of some staff members were commendable, the negative aspects significantly impacted our experience at the Adamo Hotel and I don't believe they deserve 4 stars. Hopefully, the management can address these issues to enhance future guests' stays.

Very congested room , asked for upgrade they will charge you the max . No basic amenities. For 2 people, they say we give 1 dental kit, basic amenties they dont provide, show faces if ask extra towels or water bottles where u r paying 200 $ for 1 night. We had to stay 3 days as it was paid in advance if not would not recommend this place to any 1. Staff are not clean, smelling even the rooms were smelling bad. Overall if there is 0, i would give that . No manners. Breakfast is the same every day, nothing changed except 1 thing in the very small buffet they provide. Coffee is too strong, if ask they say this what we have. Seriously cannot stop 😫.

The location of this hotel is amazing, I was able to see a huge part of Tbilisi from the terrace of my room. I did love the furniture of the room. It was really modern and beautiful. I also loved the bathroom which was clean and contained faucet/bidet sprayer. The breakfast area was almost the only negative point in this review, it was small and limited.

Have chosen the hotel because of the location and nice view. Hotel gave the worst room , asked to talk to the manager as I just wanted a better view, manager didn’t even show up. Hotel is not fully booked but staff is not oriented to make the stay of the guests better.
Room is small and doesn’t have a wardrobe.
Won’t recommend.

Worst place to stay. Not recommended.
Hotel staff was also very rude.
Very bad experience
Rooms had no view. Limited breakfast option. Same breakfast was repeated in every two days. Very far from the city.
