Radisson Tbilisi felt like a luxurious five-star hotel in every way. From the moment we arrived, they offered us a free upgrade to a deluxe room overlooking the city, mountains and river! Expect floor to ceiling panoramic windows, top-notch service, rainshower, coffee machine, and a super-comfortable bed. All this at a very reasonable price compared to similar hotels in other cities. As for the spa, it was out of this world. Both the sauna and indoor pool at the rooftop offer fantastic views. Great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing! There is an another outdoor pool but it was too cold to swim in March. I loved every minute of my stay at this hotel. My only comment is that the room menu needs to have more vegan food options.

The property is new, the location is perfect but the service offered at the hotel is far from what one shall expect from Radisson hotels. On a typical weekend such as Saturday afternoon, when I reached the hotel there was 1 staff for check-in at front desk who was clearly overwhelmed. The staff had wrong information about my reservation and in haste just handed me the key to the room. No explanation whatsoever, as if the hotel is my aunt's place and I ought to know everything about it already. Even after 2 days, there was confusion about my reservation and I had to show my reservation e-mail multiple times to indicate the right booking package. This was all despite the fact that, a) I booked the room from Radisson Hotels app and b) I am a Premium member. Even at the the time of check-out I had to check and clarify the invoice which was incorrectly generated on first occasion i wonder how non-members of Radisson Group get treated in this hotel. Other amenities such as breakfast was repetitive and nothing exciting. Even for luggage, there ain't any porter service. In all fairness, this hotel is ok if your expectations from service point of view is zero.…

Recently, I and my family embarked on a 5-day adventure to explore the magical country of Georgia and stayed at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, just a short walk away from Freedom Square; located right at the heart of Tbilisi's city center. This makes the hotel an ideal place to stay, as you are within 10 minutes (500m walking distance) of the city's main markets and attractions, such as Rustavali Avenue, which houses some of the best cafes and shops in the city. Furthermore, the best part about the hotel were the spacious, cozy, and airy rooms. We had booked a premium room with a panoramic city view, and the views from the room certainly did not disappoint. As soon as we entered the room the amount of sunlight that filled it was amazing. The floor-to-ceiling windows helped make the room feel so much more spacious, along with the light wood finishes that encompassed the room. Subtle green tones made the room feel much more airer and capacious, while the luxurious bathroom was another amazing feature of the room. The oak-grey floor in the bathroom was heated; a small touch that made a huge difference to the overall stay and experience. Not only this but the hotel also offers two high-end fine-dining restaurants: Umami (a Japanese-Asian Fusion restaurant) and Filini (an Italian restaurant that also hosted the breakfast buffet each morning). The buffet selection for breakfast each morning was amazing, with a selection of most continental breakfast options being available, there were also some local dishes on offer, such as khachapuri (a local flatbread stuffed with cheese) and shakshouka (poached or fried eggs in a chunky tomato sauce). Plus, you also had the option of customising your eggs as there was a live station! Another amazing feature of the hotel was that there are 2 swimming pools: an outdoor pool, which is located on the 3rd floor, as well as a much bigger indoor infinity pool, located on the 18th floor and offers unparalleled views of the city from above. However, a downside of our stay and our experience was that some of the staff were not as welcoming and friendly as others were, and most of the housekeeping/room service staff barely spoke a few words of English, however, that is something you will find all across Tbilisi and Georgia. Overall, we had an exceptional stay at The Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel in Tbilisi and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting the bustling capital of Georgia, and wants a luxurious place to stay in which offers unmatched views of the whole city, while being affordable at the same time!…

A well-appointed modern hotel. Our room was large and had stunning views of the old town. While the hotel is within walking distance of the old town, it is quite a way for oldies and a shuttle service would have been appreciated. My husband was unwell during our stay. I cannot thank the staff and management enough for their assistance and concern. It was exceptional.

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Tbilisi was a very nice experience. It is situated a short walk from the Old Town. We arrived pretty early in the morning but the hotel already had our room ready so we could check in upon arrival. We were upgraded to a nice Business class room with a great view towards the main street and the hill. The bed was lovely. Hard just as we love it. Too many hotels have too soft beds giving us more of a nightmare than a good sleep, but this hotel had a perfect bed. The breakfast was also a nice experience. A free glass of champage in the morning is the perfect start of the day on a holiday and the food was also very good. A lot of nice hot dishes and cold cuts as well as an omelette made to our specifications. The price of the stay is clearly on the upper scale og the price list - but you get what you pay for! …

Clean and luxurious outdoor pool in Tbilisi, recommend this spot for a hot day in the city. We used the pool day pass to spend the day, no need to be staying at the hotel. Nice drinks available too and especially friendly service bij Nini. Overall great time
