this place is simple,nice and clean little far from city center,staff is polite and helpful.the place is certainly very quiet. Marika,Lana,Shota,Edward were very nice to me and my family.breakfast although not varied but is very good and tasty.the ladies in the restaurant are very nice and always smiling.

The Apart Hotel is in a funky neighborhood, but it is quite near the Metro so we didn't mind. The room was spacious, provided robe and slippers, and nice chairs with desk and table. Negatives: no refrigerator in room, and breakfast didn't begin until 9!!! We booked this room thinking breakfast was included, but whether you are taking a tour or taking a flight, most people need to get moving before 9:00

The staff was really nice...they helped us get good comfortable rooms... the hotel is wheelchair friendly as it has only one step to get into the place... the lobby is not too big.... The rooms are nice and spacious but they bathrooms are too small, they have all the modern amenities. it does have a shower area separately but as I say in most of my reviews it should have a tray or a place to keep your toiletries when you have a bath, when u wash your hair, it is so difficult to keep your stuff around.... I gave it two stars because of its location ....our friends had taken the hotel which was right in the center of the city...we would have enjoyed there much more because by the time we would come to the hotel after a days tour we didn't feel like getting out and we would have so much fun if we had stayed in City centre it was so happening. I have learned a lesson after this experience that one should only stay in the city center if you want to enjoy the life of that place locally…

A woderful clean and small new hotel with nice staff . We had reserved a twin room and they give us a beautiful apartment with two rooms and everything ( dishes , boiler , iron , washing machine and ... . The location is near the verkitli metro station and you can easily access to all points of the city with 0.5GL . Everyday hotel staff take us taxi with the best price . They were very friendly . I strongly recommend this place to people who have reasonble budget .

I have been in this hotel few days ago and im so excited and surprised about this hotel I have been to many hotels in different countries so far and i must say i never met staff like this in this hotel they are so helpful and full of energy when we decide to go some good place they explain clearly and suggest really nice places even tho one of them walked with us and made for us tour of Tbilisi. I also want to make a point about cleanliness, rooms was very clean every time when we were coming back to the hotel And breakfast was so delicious , dessert was awesome For at all we are so happy and so pleased about this hotel Thanks to everyone for making our stay memorable and stunning

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and I must say that everything was excellent ! The room was not very big but surprisingly very comfortable. Wonderful service, clean, great value, close to the airport but little bit fur from the city center ( but it's ok cause you can drive to it in 10- 15 minutes by car ). The stuff were very nice, friendly and helpful with anything you need. Breakfast was good. Definitely worth to stay !

Location: The hotel is quiet far from the city centre, don't expect to find anything around the hotel easily. The nearest supermarket to buy milk & water is almost a kilometer away. No night life around the hotel. No restaurants around the hotel. You need a taxi to go anywhere & everywhere. Check-in Process: Both our rooms were not ready on time; Keys were given to us for the first room almost after 1 hour. I wonder if we would have requested for an early check-in then what they would have done? Nobody bothered to offer us even water whilst we waited with small kids at the lobby. Rooms: The Superior Triple Room is very small for the price they charge. All beds are single beds (however we had requested 1 double & 1 single beds). Aircon did'nt work properly on the first night. No English channels (not even kids channels) are available on the TV. On calling the reception staff they sent one person to the room who did'nt even knew how to operate the TV. Although the Standard Apartment offers a 2 bedroom experience (on paper); however beware the second bedroom does not even have a door to close. Its just an extension of the living room. No separate aircon for the second bedroom is provided. The worst part; both the rooms have only 1 small bathroom, where the water does not come in the faucet most of the times. The water always leaks out on the floor from the bath area & makes the whole bathroom flooded. The kitchen provided in the apartment although had a kettle but they don't provide you tea / coffee sachets until you call & ask them for it EVERYDAY. Even for the free water bottles we had to call & ask for them everyday. The hot plate in the kitchen did not work properly instead there were big sparks when we tried to plug in it. The fridge is kept empty all the time & no option of a mini-bar etc... None of the rooms has a balcony. No swimming pool in the hotel. No parking available. Room Service: They don't clean your rooms until & unless you handover your keys & instruct them to clean it everyday. Even after giving the keys, only the wet towels are changed. The bed sheets weren't changed until 3 days. Some of the days, even the fresh towels were not kept back. Toiletries are not put back after they are consumed once. If you complaint at the reception, they put the blame on Housekeeping - which seems to be managed by an external party. We requested for additional pillows & blankets but they didn't have them. Food: First of all they don't have a full fledged kitchen which operates 24x7. Don't expect to get the food at any time of the day you want. They only serve breakfast & that too with hard boiled eggs everyday. Before even booking the place we had informed them about our requirements of Vegetarian Food for us; however out of 5 days we had to leave the hotel empty stomach on 3 days. They don't bother about what you want; in the end they will cook & serve what they can. The food options are only limited to breads, hard boiled green eggs & fruits. Don't expect to fill your stomach from the filth they serve. Check out: Before check-out i had expressed my serious concerns with a senior staff member @ reception & she had promised me that they will provide me some discount to accommodate my feedback. However nothing like this happened & instead when i reminded them about the discount, they shrugged it off by saying no such thing was ever discussed. In a nutshell this place is a hell for holiday makers & i would sincerely like to recommend everyone not to book it at all.…

I stayed at this hotel with my family from 18 june for 3 nights.This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in.The hotel was newly opened. The hotel staff was very kind.Metro station was near the hotel.Buildings and equipment were very clean and new.There was a lot of exchange money around the hotel.Breakfast was good.Water and tea and Nescafe were free all time.If I go back to Tbilisi, I'll definitely stay at this hotel

I had been staying in this beautifully designed four star hotel for five days. I really enjoyed my stay. The most friendly, attentive and always smiled staff. Delicious breakfast. The room was very comfortable in every way.There was a huge balcony faces onto the wonderful view, staying there with a cup of coffee was a great way to start the morning. I consider this hotel the best place to pay a visit and have a rest!
