Pros: Location is not bad, can walk to a lot of restaurants in about 20-30 minutes. But other things, need a further walk or you will need a taxi. But taking a taxi in Georgia can be a task because of the way the roads are. One night it took me over an hour to get back to my hotel, I could have walked in 20 minutes because the driver didn't know what the heck he was doing and it cost me a lot more than it should have. Never take a taxi during independence week. Hotel staff is good. Knowledgeable and friendly. They can book things for you, etc. Negatives; Noise, if you are a light sleeper, forget it. And never get a room near the elevators, a lot of drunk people coming back late at night and you can hear everything, the rooms have no carpeting so everything echoes. And if you are on the top floor, there are apartments above you, they cannot control the noise from above at all. Hotel rooms I was not impressed, bare, and cold. I know it is supposed to be a boutique hotel, but I just didn’t feel it. I hated the bathrooms also. I probably would not choose to stay here again. I won’t rag on the hotel, as they are definitely not the worst, but I think it really depends on your expectations and your desires. For me, I didn’t like it, for you you may love it, and based on the reviews it seems people love it. But I am offering an alternative view. Take it or leave it.

The staff at this hotel were superb. We were caught up in the Coronavirus outbreak and couldn't get home. Everyone at the hotel helped us so much, even finding an airbnb for us. When the crisis is over I will go back and I suggest that if you are in Tbilisi in the future then this is the place to go to. Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2020

Personally we were not staying in the Hotel, but in rented apartment in the same building. As it was hard to find the place, we had no other choice but to ask Reception Team for help. And they did a marvelous job! Since the breakfast in the hotel is amazing (and I will write separate review about it), we were seeing the Reception Team every day. The were always exceptionally helpful, helped us with advices, taxis and were always smiling and welcoming. Dear Front Office Team, thank you very much for your help, hard work and support! Each and everyone of you will surely reach major success in your future careers! Thank You!!!

Lovely hotel with warm interiors and designed with very good taste. Unique style of room decor with glass wall separating hot tub from room. Overall very comfortable. Excellent location. Very good facilities. Hot water was not available in our room until the third day, after complaining 2-3 times. This was the only downside to our experience, but it was a significant one. Hence did not get time to use the hot tub, which is what i booked the room for! They offered to change our room but it was too late by then. Should have been checked before we arrived, and then if not fixed immediately we should have been offered to change rooms on the first night.
