The location is perfect - in the downtown, so you can easily reach all the main tourists attractions by foot. The rooms are ok, not the modern ones, but clean and tidy. Wifi is free as well as parking space near the hotel. The price is around 23 euros for a double room.

Definitely not a three stars hotel. The hotel is very old , furniture and bedding are used and abused to maximum... The quality of food is poor . Cleaneless is average. The water doesn't come in the morning so I coud'nt even wash my face! About the location, it is 3 minutes walk away from Freedom Square. Some restaurants are...

The hotel is rather a hostel but a good one. The minus is that it was located on the 3rd/4th floor and it is not comfortable to carry a luggage up to that floor. It was clean, though old decorated. Perhaps needs a renovation. Has a wide hall which serves a breakfast place. Good for a short stay of max...

At arrival, at 2.00 a.m. a sleepy night porter who doesn’t speak a word of English, show you to the “room with a view”: small, old and worn out – a hovel – offering a small and squeaky bed, covered with sheets and blankets not worth that name . Colorless wallpaper, a window that’s hard to close and worse to...

While this is not an international 4 star hotel, it has its charm. In our first room, the water pipes froze so they immediately moved us to a deluxe room (we think we were the only ones in the hotel) No breakfast was served the next morning, probably for that reason. The mold on the walls in the room was...

My husband and i stayed there 4 nights, June 2012. Because of this hotel, our Georgia trip turned the nightmare. The receptionist (the name was Mari) who only could speak English was always away from her place. The breakfast offered from 9am (it was too late for tourists), so we asked they could serve a little bit earlier and they...

Hard to beat the location of this hotel for the old town and Rustaveli area. It was clean and comfortable with helpful staff. We were lucky that our room was available when we showed up at four in the morning from the airport and they let us in to get some sleep! The breakfast was pretty standard for Georgia. I...

The wifi worked in half of our room (located at the very top of the house) which was not a big deal. What we did not like was that we spent four nights (in fact three as we left for the airport in the night) which makes 400 GEL and no one came to clean our room during our stay....

This place proved to be a gem. We moved in and out of Tbilisi, making it a base for side trips to Zugdidi and Sukhumi, as well as Goris and Stepanakert. As our itinerary was loose we could not make reservations but were fortunate to find rooms there three of four times we tried. Our stay each time was very...
