Excellent hotel! The best of four hotels we experienced in Yangon as well as comfort, the staff was super helpful. They made us a packed breakfast to take on our early bus when we left and posted electronics that we left behind us in the room! Highly recommend <3
Staff so incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location, walking distance to 19th street. Excellent vegetarian restaurant on the same street. Comfy room, but we did need to ask for one room change because of a dodgy air conditioner. Unlimited coffee throughout the day. Only things that could be improved are breakfast, which is quite limited - i usually opted for eggs of toast over the fried rice, and the other thing that could be improved is more pillows in the room. Though they were happy to provide more. :)
a very friendly and welcoming hotel in a good location close to all the attractions in the city. breakfast cooked to order and served by smiling, attentive staff. reception considerate and helpful, esp KoKo , who makes the place even more enjoyable with his humour and smiling greetings each day. every area of hotel incredibly clean and fresh. I would certainly stay again. thanks to all staff , who make it such a wonderful experience to be there.
So i booked 3 nights, and the first 2 night the aircon not working and leaking and am sweating because warm. And when check-in, they took my friend's IC, instead of photocopy and give back to us, they took and hold the IC until the last day when we wanted to check out. So for 3 days my friend dont have her IC with her because it was on hold at the reception.
We got a small but nice room, brand new and very clean. Service was excellent and they helped us a lot on our stay in Yangon. Despite being located on a busy part of the city, the hotel is very quiet and not noisy at all. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of burmese dishes and some traditional options such as toasts and fruit. Also the wifi was very good: fast and reliable. Special thanks to the staff: they were very polite and spoke decent english. Only two downsides of our stay there would be the lack of an elevator (we were in the 3rd floor and after a day of walking the city going up those stirs was kinda tiring) and the fact that the electricity sockets were not working properly. Despite this, I still highly recommend the hotel and if I ever go back to Yangon I will definetly stay here.…
