Reno Hotel is at the best and rejuvenating location near the Inya Lake, which is just five minutes’ walk from the hotel. It is perfect for guests who love to engage in physical activities such as brisk walking and feel the cool breeze from the lake. It is also a short distance from Shwe Dagon Pagoda, which is the oldest historical pagoda and the most wonderful place in Myanmar. It is also close to Kabar Aye Pagoda which is one of the most significant pagodas in Myanmar too. Reno Hotel is also near key establishments such as banks, airline offices, shops and markets. During your leisure time, you can shop at the prominent Bogyoke Market, which is known for its colonial architecture and inner cobblestone streets. Our goal is not only to provide pleasant and comfortable experiences but also to ensure memorable ones. At Reno, this is life at its best.

I was booked in here by my company as it's close to the office. It's a bit odd in terms of decor and so on, and I was initially disappointed, however it's actually very comfortable. Beds are comfy, plenty of hot water, very good internet, well appointed rooms (odd decor though) and very helpful staff. Also cheap. Recommended.

I stayed for a week at Reno Hotel. It's a cozy little place with a quiet feel to it and I enjoyed my stay there. The main benefit is that it's very close to Myanmar Plaza and Inya Lake. That said, it isn't the most exciting part of Yangon, particularly if you are a tourist. Pros: -Close to shops and restaurants at Myanmar Plaza -Affordable -Great service staff Cons -Breakfast is just okay -Rooms are a bit on the small side (or at least mine was) -Could use a bit of refurbishing

Our tour agency booked us Reno Hotel and we had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious for 3 people with single beds. The staffs were simply amazing with their hospitality and were very helpful. My mum and aunt managed to do some last minute shopping at the small retail store within the hotel reception as the price was surprisingly affordable. We were constantly provided with mineral water and for the first time during my vacation, I never had the need to purchase water! Free beverages such as Sprite and Coke were also provided and replenished for free. Breakfast was okay with vegetarian options (egg included), although the choices were limited and repetitive. Hotel was about 10 minutes walking distance from Myanmar Plaza, however it was a little dangerous to walk at night due to absence of pavement at certain sections and we need to walk along the main road. No worries though as grab car is available with cheap price. Overall, amazing stay! We had a great time!

My travel agent, Relish Tours in Yangon booked me at Reno Hotel on my first trip to Myanmar. Reno is a standard hotel but the place has decent sized rooms, clean, complete amenities, and...with real pot plants! My only sad experience was on the food (a western dish) I ordered on my first evening (first meal at that!) was too salty. When the waiter saw my agony in eating it, he asked what's wrong with my food. He took my salty dish back to the kitchen and quickly rectified the situation. They gave me another plate of the same dish and this time, it tasted better but still a bit on the salty side.(I learnt later that Burmese like their food salty.) But because I'm a borderline nephro patient, I decided on the safer side by not finishing it, much to the disappointment of the restaurant staff. At another time in the same restaurant I ordered an oriental dish only this time, I specifically requested NOT to put salt on my food and they obliged. Adding salt and pepper on the table myself helped bring the food to my liking. Other than the restaurant incident, my experience of Reno made my stay in Yangon pleasant. I highly recommend RELISH TOURS and RENO HOTEL when in Yangon, Myanmar.

Good standard hotel. We did have a triple room which was quite cramped where they’d squeezed the extra bed in. Breakfast and dinner very good quality and price. Even had international wines at a very good price. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Don’t expect 5 star luxury but a good, standard quality hotel.
