We liked it all, especially the diversity of national dishes and the rich breakfast. In the room on the 7th floor, there was no street noise, as some posts complained about. Close to the hotel is one of Yangon's largest markets, Bogyoke Aung San Market (a large building with many different shops) and opposite the modern mall where we bought local tea and other exciting food from the grocery store. Visitors to the hotel can take pleasure in touring the city's top attractions: Close Pagoda, Maha Bandoola Garden, City Hall.

With this money this is one of the best you can get. Pros .Specious .good location .Good customer sevice. .Hot water is actually hot. .AC takes time to cool but big room and individual AC. Not a central one. Very Acceptable. Con .Carpet is clean but a little bit out date. A lot of hotels have this issue; even 4.5 star Cosmoposliton las vegas. .Breakfast buffet is greasy but you can still eat healthy with variety of food. Overall a very decent 3.5 star hotel from my experiance with other 3 in downtown.

There is nothing special about this hotel but for the price it was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. A good breakfast. It is situated within walking distance to the central railway station and a short walk to China town. You do have the convenience of a supermarket close by.

What I like about this hotel is the location. Everything is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, Sule and Junction Mall. The staff are very helpful and accommodating and they speak English very well. We were in room 802 and it faced the main road so we could hear the traffic noise at night and early morning. We asked them if we could moved to another room, which they were very obliging. They showed us 2 rooms one with twin beds which you couldn’t put the beds together, and the other is a smokers room which we chose because it had a double bed. My husband and i have been married for a long time and we do not like to sleep in separate beds. Of course room 511 smelt of smoke, but we’d rather put up with the smell rather than the noise. They did try and make the room smell nice. We also bought a diffuser to masked the bad odour. Breakfast was ok. My main complaint is the meals were always cold by the time you get there. Overall this hotel is ok for what you pay for.
