Coming from Inle Lake we chose this hotel as the standard looked fine and location ok. We were satisfied. Our room was large on the 5th floor facing some other hotels away from the main road and Peoples Park. Room size good, well equipped with a good bathroom.(tub & shower). Waterpressure excellent and lots of hot water. Free WiFi (although...

Stayed here as part of a group tour. Clean, bright, welcoming hotel. Rooms were clean and well furnished - good hair dryer, slippers, robe. Two bottles of water daily, air conditioning worked and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always checking to make sure our expectations were being met. Breakfast buffet had a wide...

As Myanmar rises to the challenges of an increasingly active tourist industry, the Summit Parkview is more than capable of meeting foreign traveller needs. It is well situated in Yangon near the Shwedagon Pagoda and there are a number of very good restaurants nearby. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, offers a great buffet breakfast and the staff can't do enough...

We stayed here 3 separate times during our 2 week holiday in this AMAZING country. It's a 'business' hotel: clean, efficient and just what we needed. The rooms are pretty bland, but have the jaw dropping view of Swedagon pagoda which is much more important. Basic Breakfast is available from 5, which was useful when he had early morning flights.

This hotel is well positioned - across the road from the People's Park, 10 minutes walk from Shwedagon Pagoda and 30 minutes walk/10 min taxi ride to Bogyoke Market. Good breakfast and restaurant, although there are some reasonable restaurants in easy walking distance as well. We stayed there twice in the space of a week and got an upgrade to...

Nice rooms with good water pressure in bathroom - great breakfast selection - very helpful staff (the ladies tied up my longi on a daily basis)! Good restaurants nearby and walking distance to Shwedagon Pagoda. Unfortunately the bar is FREEZING COLD so very uninviting. Would stay here again but wish there was a pool.

Its a well kept recently renovated hotel. Its very clean, not too bussy and staff is exeptionally helpfull and friendly. It's at a good location next to peoples park, which charges entry fee,s to non birmese, and close to chawadikong temple complex. Restaurant is good and moderately priced. Be aware of stale bread, cold coffee and undercooked potatoes at breakfast...

Perfectly located, within walking distance to the Shwedagon Pagoda and a huge park, as well as a mall with lots of restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Quite close to the downtown area. Made it rather convenient to get to the SCOTT Market and various tourist spots. Service was great, as was the breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable and the...
