I stayed here while in Yangon on business. The hotel was recommended to me as being fairly inexpensive and decent. The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations so the lift is out of order and there is construction noise all during the day. I stayed in one of the not yet renovated rooms. It was relatively clean and comfortable but the air conditioning dripped onto the floor near the bed and the only window in the room looked out onto the corridor so I couldn't keep the curtains open for any natural light. For anyone looking for just a place to sleep this would be a decent hotel but I wouldn't recommend for anyone looking to spend a lot of time in their rooms. The breakfast was buffet style with many Asian options and a few western options (fried eggs, toast and fruit).
The hotel is old style management, rooms are getting old and dirty bedsheet.Although house keeping is served for every day but for the twin bedroom room ,not totally replaced the blankets, change from one bed to next bed in the same for two-three nights.Room charges are expensive comparing with the room condition is totally disappointing. Free WiFi available but breakfast not so bad. When we complain to hotel as soon as we noticed the conditions are not feel good, change to another room, but watering drop from the air con in the bed, they make maintenance and cleaning in quick service. Bathrooms are a-bit dirty. Blanket and sheet are also not quite clean and with a water mark.Smell not great when you enter the room for first time.It has many mosquito groups and terrible bugs are living inside of the room. A bug has ability to visit for seven houses, this hotel’bug can accompanying with me with my back packer when I travel to next town. It is totally nightmare for us. …
This hotel is for those who want to save a penny! It’s location is in between downtown Yangon and the airport. It’s cheap but clean. However, don’t expect anything fancy here. It’s a bed and breakfast and not much more. Still an ok place to stay and would recommended for a budget traveller.
We selected this Hotel because it was convenient to where we wanted to be. It was a good choice as it has recently been renovated and the rooms were AS NEW. The area is quiet and the service and breakfast is reasonable for the price. It was close to a very good BBQ restaurant which added a little variety to the meal options. Good value for money.
The hotel was okay. From outside, it was all covered in stilts since it was going through renovation. The rooms were clean but they were a bit old. The breakfast was pretty good and the cost was very worth it. It is very far from the city centre though.
