Centrally located with ok rooms. A bit overpriced compared to standard, as many hotels in Yangon, but fairly clean. Simple but good breakfast and short distance to all central places as the cirkulair, train, pagodas and downtown.

Paid 12usd for a dorm (1night) and it was 23usd for private(usually full) this was at nov2014. Do email them as they reply fast.
