Winner Inn has been going since the 1970s and is a really well run hotel with fair pricing and no frills. Everything about my stay was handled quickly and with efficiency, from the booking (by email) to the checkin to the billing and the checkout. No problems, all smooth. The room was perfectly pleasant and lacked nothing, but there was no view as this is an urban location (actually the window was smoked glass so I couldn't even see out). They have recently introduced glass-bottled water and refillable dispensers for soap and shampoo, so environmental awareness is clearly reaching Yangon. Breakfast was varied and quite sufficient. There is no garden and no pool, but that's just a reflection of the location. I was on a business trip and I found this a good quiet place to work. It's also walking distance from the big pagoda :-)

Excellent and cosy with very attentive staff in a homely atmosphere.
Stayed in a large Deluxe room for 14 days at a very reasonable price including a very good breakfast.
Location is very central with close proximity to Inya Lake and the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda without the hassle of downtown traffic and with the added convenience of available taxis around the clock.
A 'must' for any visitor to Myanmar as a 'Home away from home' stay.

Winner Inn has Covid precautions in place. They even supply hand sanitizing gel and spray disinfectant (I think it is Dettol) in your room! This was very convenient so that I could disinfect everything myself and know that my room is safe and clean.

The staff are friendly, professional, very welcoming. Excellent!

The food is very good, the menu now has Korean food, too. You can eat outside in the garden and to keep at a healthy distance from other diners.

Winner Inn is eco-friendly. I applaud that they have eliminated single-use plastics! The rooms have glass water bottles that you can refill at the water station on each floor. Very convenient! In the shower the soap and shampoo are in refillable pump containers. It is also very good quality products.

The Wi-Fi is fast with a stable connection.

If you go to the rooftop, you have a beautiful view of Shwedagon Pagoda!

Reception staff will arrange taxi to the airport.

My work booked me into the Winner Inn for 2.5 weeks and I couldn’t fault the hotel. Extremely helpful friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Good range of Western and Myanmar dishes on the lunch/dinner menu, reasonably priced. Comfortable room, with everything I needed for an extended stay. The laundry service was reliable and relatively reasonably priced. Good location in a residential area. I like the use of glass bottles for water in the rooms, and the use of refillable containers for bathroom amenities. The gym is small, and feels crowded with more than two people in there. Great view of Shwedagon Pagoda from the roof.
Would definitely stay here again.

Staffs are well trained and friendly. The place is close to downtown and can see Shwe Dagon pagoda from our room. The decoration is really nostalgic filled with Myanmar artifacts. They gave complementary water in glass bottle and you can refill it at every level. Eco friendly! Will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at Winner in in Yangon several times now and are always blown away by their hospitality and friendliness.
The breakfast buffet is good and kept up well by the attentive staff. They have a machine that makes Cappuccinos which my wife loves. The hotel is very peaceful and conveniently located to downtown and to Shwedagon which you can see from their rooftop. They have recently updated their restaurant and it’s bright and airy. Their lunch and dinner are from the same menu, prices are reasonable and the food is good, with Myanmar classics available. We love this beautiful hotel!

I stayed at Winner inn for 2 weeks, their services are excellent, there is fast wi-fi and a great shower! The rooms are clean and the environment is quite. The cafeteria has a good variety of multi-cultural dishes.

I was particularly impressed by how environment friendly the hotel was. There was minimal use of single use plastics!

I stayed at the Winner Inn for the first time in December 2017, which is why I decided to come back with a friend this December. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly and only too pleased to help in any way they can. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The decor of the hotel is very attractive and welcoming, providing a feeling of homeliness as it contains several family heirlooms. There is a selection of books you can borrow. There is a good selection at breakfast, both European and Asian. Perhaps a larger variety of fruit would be good.

The room was perfect. A good size and very cosy. The whole hotel is beautifully designed. The staff bend over backwards to help you and always had a smile on their faces.
The breakfast is very varied and the dining room light and pleasant.
We also had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and the food was excellent.
The hotel is located in a very pleasant and quiet area.

Good and clean hotel in a nice location. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are perfectly clean. Towels and sheets too.
Breakfast is very good compared to other hotels that we’ve stayed at for the same price or more.
Our first night was in the Premier room on the 7th floor. We didn’t like the shower drain that was completely clogged. Next day, we got a deluxe room on the 6th floor and it was better.
My only recommendation would be to train the reception to welcome guests better when they arrive and check in.

Thank you very much for answering. Yes Junior Suite room has one double bed and one single bed. Junior Suite's room rate is for double occupancy. If three people wants to stay, there is an extra charge for one more person at the same rate as an extra bed charge.
