E'cucina restaurant is a very authentic Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. Chef is very kind and friendly. Excellent service. It is mainly service, so I am very satisfied with it. People who like Italian food should choose.
The hotel is in new and in great shape. Our room was very comfortable, a good size and the bed was wonderful. The covid 19 pandemic was just starting, but many people had already cancelled. There were perhaps 20 Italians staying there besides us. The staff was very pleasant and capable. The restaurants both very good. Really like the spicy food night where raw meat, fish and vegetable items could be selected from a buffet and given to a chef to cook. The first, and best, tea leaf salad during the trip was made for me there: really wonderful!
This hotel is an oasis in the heart of Yangon The entire property is new and immaculate The rooms are gorgeous with all the right amenities The gym was fabulous as was the pool area The breakfast buffet was so impressive The entire staff are genuine and professional They were so helpful in every aspect of our stay Special thanks to Chef Nico Lalla at E Cucina Italian Restaurant for making us feel that we were dining with family The restaurant and wine bar have an elegant atmosphere but the true spirit of the place is that of a Tuscan style Osteria
Stayed here for 4 nights. After reading all the excellent reviews of this hotel, me and my wife arrived with high expectations, however The Pullman Yangon did not disappoint! We have travelled more than 250 days a year for 11 years now, mostly stayed in high end hotels all over the world, and I truly have to say that this hotel is one of the very best hotel experiences I ever had. Beautiful grand lobby, huge renovated rooms with high end furniture and finishings, superb location, great lobby bar, food prepared to perfection in the breakfast restaurant. And not to forget the impeccable level of service delivered from every singel member of staff in all departments, every day and every singel time without exceptions. It just doesn't get any better than this! Congratulations on a hotel perfectly managed, and a warm thank you for taking the very best care of my wife and myself while around. It was our greatest pleasure to be guests in your hotel. Hope to be back sooner than later. No need to say highly recommended!…
It's my 3rd time visiting this wonderful hotel for my business trip in Yangon, and only one word can describe, EXCELLENT! Every one in the hotel holds a high level of customer service, and never fail to wear a smile on their face. A special shout out to the breakfast cafe team, esp Zayar. They are something to look forward to every morning. Their smiles and service really brightens up my day. They are so accommodating and they are so attentive to each guest. Zayar is such a lovely staff, who remembers exactly what are my drink preferences and such an approachable person to engage in conversations. Pullman Yangon is indeed a top league 5 stars hotel, rooms and facilities are fantastic. I will definitely be back again for the 4th and many more times! Lastly a special mention to Sales Manager Kathy, who is always so accommodative to my requests! Extremely helpful and such a wonderful person to liaise with! …
I was so pleasant with the room. Bed was comfy, bathroom was fully equipped. breakfast was better than some other hotel I had stayed in Yangon. Good location easy to access to many attractions. The staffs have well service mind and were very friendly and helpful. Everything was just above my expectation. I will choose this hotel for my future trip.
Love the hotel room. Spacious and big. Excellent customer service. Always put on a smile on their faces when greeting customers. Different variety of food to choose which made my 12 days stay comfortable. Would choose the same hotel again once I'm back :)
A modern & nice hotel in the heart of downtown Yangon. The hotel offers big & very comfortable rooms' not all with city view. We stayed for 1 night, enjoyed the main restaurant dinner but missed the Italian restaurant on site who seems to have a very good menu too (think it's not advertised enough). The stuff where all very responsive, helpful, always smiling & most of them could interact in English. The hotel's pool on the 5th floor roof is excellent for swimmers, and its only downside is that it's opening hours are a bit limited (0800-2000). The hotel's excellent location enables both day and evening walking tours around the downtown Yangon – a tour guide is recommended to better understand the city's historical buildings story.
A very nice hotel, central location, excellent facilities, attentive staff. The rooms are spacey and comfortable, excellent beds. All the toiletries and a very nice bathrrom with both bath abd shower.
Visiting our son in Yangon, we stayed at the Pullman Centrepoint, fresh from a long flight from the UK via BKK. This hotel was the perfect rest for two tired travellers and, thanks to the helpful and welcoming staff, we soon settled in to our three day stay. The hotel is of excellent quality in comfort, cleanliness and the quality of the food. The swimming pool, situated on a mezzanine rooftop is very cold but there are chairs and towels a-plenty plus a super bar. Located right opposite the park with the Independence Memorial, the hotel is the perfect jumping-off point for the fascinating city of Yangon.
