Nasama Resort was a great option for us as a family. The resort beach and rockpool are a huge highlight, with fish and coral so close to the shore, we snorkelled there a number of times. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. The inclusion of a washing machine (powder provided) was very helpful. We found the staff really lovely and great to deal with. The included breakfast is another big plus, lots of delicious options and again, the staff in the restaurant are wonderful.

We had a great time at Nasama - unfortunately the weather was very windy and often rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and beach (which I was so looking forward to) much but both are beautiful with lots of chairs both in the sun and shade. The room was great, big comfy bed, so much space, cute patio area, lots of cooking facilities and a smart tv was unexpected but great when it rained! Check in and check out both smooth, we got a complimentary late checkout. The included breakfast was good, both restaurants on site a little bit on the expensive side but I found that to be all 'western' restaurants in Port Vila so nothing to fault the resort on, just good to know before you go. You can hire snorkel gear, reef shoes etc for free which is great. All the staff were so lovely and friendly. Pako the driver was great, we went on a day tour with him and would definitely recommend. It's easy to get buses to and from the resort into town which is great. We left some of our things on an airport transfer bus, thankfully we'd booked through the resort and they were incredibly helpful getting it back and posting it back to Australia for us, can't thank them enough for that. Overall definitely recommend, a great spot to stay when exploring Efate.…

Thanks again to all the staff for once again a wonderful stay Nasama Resort is located at Pango a terrific location away from the hustle of Port Vila traffic It’s great to have both a lovely pool area and the ocean to enjoy at the end of a busy day The self contained apartments are well equipped and it’s so convenient to buy fresh produce from the markets to prepare your meals yourself The staff are excellent Gardeners Maintenance to Domestic Reception and Restaurant staff A big thank you to Anna Melody Basil Giselle in Cafe Vila And Saraline Anna and Serena our lovely Domestic service ladies The 2 restaurants available on site are excellent The food carefully cooked and presented exceptionally well Public transport buses are plentiful out the front of the resort or reception very happy to help with transport bookings I highly recommend Nasama Resort for couples or families looking for a bit of paradise Until next time in April when we will meet again 🌺 …

Lovely relaxing place with a tropical feeling. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sherline from house keeping was especially good! It was easy to catch the bus into Port Vila. Drivers were at the front of the resort if you wanted to organise a trip around the island or to go and go sightseeing. Parco was a lovely and interesting driver.

This was our second stay at Nasama and it was as wonderful as the first. The staff are excellent! This time our stay coincided with Cyclone Lola and the staff handled preparations brilliantly and we felt very safe and well looked after. There are two great restaurants on site catering to all needs/tastes and the food quality and presentation is excellent. Our room was very clean and tidy with a basic kitchen (including a full size fridge) if you want to do any cooking yourself. The resort has a lovely pool and also a great swimming hole on the beach. Easy to catch a bus from here into Port Vila or beyond.

This was our second stay at the beautiful Nasama Resort. We had a wonderful stay that was slightly interrupted by the threat of Tropical Cyclone Lola. We were very lucky that the cyclone swerved away from the main island of Efate, but she did wreck considerable damage on other islands. The staff of the Nasama went out of their way to communicate with us on the status of the cyclone and also to put in place the protocols to keep their guests safe and secure. Our glass doors were boarded over, and we were given provisions of a breakfast basket, candles, matches and torch. We had one night in the Oceanfront One Bedroom Suite and then we were moved to a Beach View Studio for safety. To be honest, I will book a studio room for next time, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would like to thank the wonderful staff and the resort manager for looking after us, we will return.…

Really enjoyed our stay at Nasama. A hands off resort with two eateries - one being the excellent Cafe Villa. We stayed in a two bed room apartment towards the back of the resort on the ground floor (302) . The apartment was clean and reasonably well appointed including a full sized fridge. Wifi is a little sketchy at times but it’s free - good mobile range on the pool deck and toward the water. . Beds were comfortable and clean. The pool is essential as the water frontage is more a snorkelling venue versus a beach and is south easterly facing meaning it does get the trade winds face on at times. This will not bother you if you are travelling from a colder climate such as NZ or southern Australia as there are plenty of places to get out of the wind if an issue. Access to Port Villa is easy via the ‘B’ vans frequently cruising up and down the road. There is usually a van or two parked waiting to negotiate private tours etc - Parko and the Glens are great guys and we found them honest and genuine when utilising their services. As mentioned in the Cafe Villa review, the staff are what make this resort, though not competing to be a full service facility, there is enough staff members around should you need anything and everyone was so friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for an out of the way yet close to amenities, Nasama is highly recommended …

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, good value and a great breakfast at Cafe Vila. Three Pigs restaurant served tasty and well presented dishes, we went there many times. Location was good and the views spectacular. The weather was a bit wild so the only thing we missed out on was kayaking.
