Enjoyed a lovely 6 nights at Eratap with the family in one of their new two bedroom villas. It’s a small intimate scale resort away from the crowds which suited us perfectly. The accommodation included our own pool and was superb as was the staff and service. Noting the location

We (1 adult and 2 teenagers) stayed at Eratap Beach Resort in January 2019. From the pickup from the airport to drop off back at the airport on the final day I could not fault the service, quality of accomodation, food, or professionalisn of the staff. A big tick of appreciation

Resort was very relaxing and all the staff were very friendly. The food is fantastic. Had lots of fun going snorkelling and seeing all of the fish from finding nemo which was awesome because it is my favourite movie.

My wife and I holidayed at Eratap for 5 nights over NY 2019 and generally loved it. We stayed in Villa number 12 which had its own plunge pool, outdoor shower and pergola. The staff and management were very welcoming and courteous. Having decided to just relax and do very little

Dear Sam G, Thank you for taking the time to post this review and we are glad that you generally had a good stay at Eratap. I am sorry to hear that a few things were not to your liking but glad that they didn’t ruin your stay. Yes that is correct we do allow children to stay during Australian and New Zealand school holidays, children however must be over 7 years of age. Generally we find the children to be outstanding guests and add a nice feeling to the resort. Certainly sometimes they can have a bit of fun especially in the pool but most of the time it works out fine. Yes the last 3km of road to the resort is still dirt road and a bit pot holed, we are lucky the other 4km has been tar sealed. We kind of like having the last bit being dirt road, it adds to the feel of the place and lets you know that you aren’t in the city. I’m sorry you were disappointed with your NY eve dinner, I hope the other meals during your stay were satisfactory. I hope you have a good 2019 and thanks for coming to stay at Eratap. Kind regards Tony

What is the price range for the hotel restaurant?
Sorry, can't remember exactly but we found it comparable to restaurants in town and their wine prices were not a rip off either, as can sometimes happen when you are a bit remote. Go on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday and free entertainment is included. The fire show on Monday night is particularly good

Do they accept babies outside of school holiday periods?
Sorry but the resort does not accept children under 7 at any time. The resort is not set up for young children.

Do you have a kids club?
Children are only allowed to go there in school holidays. They probably have daily activities but I don't think a kids club. It's a very small resort, so beautiful & wonderful staff.
