The hotel is even better in person than in pictures. Seven-story open lobby is quite a sight. The breakfast was good and convenient. My best memory, though, is the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! They are so friendly and helpful and have been able to accommodate everything we've needed. My expectations have been exceeded! Thanks, Palasia Hotel Palau, for a great experience.

Extremely friendly and helpful in getting around Palau, beautiful pools, very nice room with view to the bay, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Will pick up and shuttle to the airport. Flexible hours.

Room is big for my family but it's kinda outdated. TV channels are few but I can use Wifi and you need to be patience. MORE PATIENCE perhaps :D The staff are doing EXCELLENT JOB. especially the Restaurant staff. I don't know why but they look very happy every time I'm in the restaurant. KEEP IT UP! your Boss must be proud of you!

Did not expect this quality in Koror, Palau. Lobby was big and clean. Attendants to make your stay carefree where everywhere. Front desk was well versed in hospitality and always with a smile. The rooms where clean with everything one might need for a good stay. Granted, the rooms may be dated for some people, but they were good for my wife and I with a great view... and we did not intend to stay in our rooms when in Palau. There is a good gym on the premises, pool for adults and for kids, great sunning area with plenty of space, an open bar & grill at lobby level with a view, very good breakfast buffet restaurant (int’l), Palau Diving Adventures rated as #1 on the island HQ, twin elevators, and a nicely laidout lobby, and the rooms were quiet (surprisingly) spa & sauna. The hotel is in the center of the small town that allows one to pick what you want to suit your needs for food shopping to eateries... it’s an easy going kind of place (slow pace). If not to your taste a $5-6 dollar taxi will take to just about anywhere else to hang-out or to eat. The hotel can pick you up from the airport at anytime for $15 per person, so make sure the hotel knows this and they will have their driver be there. Arrival and departure times from Palau are sometimes very late or very early, it’s just the way United Airlines has it set up for their Int’l flights. If your a diver, then your set. Palau Diving Adventures (PDA) are located in a small room at pool level next to elevators and if you blink you’ll miss the place. These folks are first class in part atributed to sustainable diving and caring for the environment and it shows in practice. If interested contact the head coordinator Cheryl, you’ll be presently surprised how organized she is. Palasia hotel is nice, comfortable, organized and has all you need for a good time.

Room is big and clean. Breakfast buffet is delicious 😋, lots of choices, I recommend to try their sauna 🧖‍♂️. Duty free shopping is best. They have swimming pool but only 3feet deep☹️...best for kids...

Nice hotel. They are just finishing renovating part of the lobby including the pool and bar. Restaurant is good. Nice, comfortable rooms. Each has an excellent view. I have stayed here twice and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Palau.

So after a long flight from U.K. was a pleasant sight to see the driver from hotel waiting for us at the airport, short 15 min drive to hotel where a welcome and quick check in. Drop bags in room then to bar for beer and nice snack in the restaurant. Then much needed sleep. Room a good size, clean and comfy. Lovely view from balcony. Tea and coffee facilities, WiFi, TV etc. Breakfast in morning was a full international spread and enjoyable. Look forward to our stay here again at end of holiday

We were worried that this big hotel would be overwhelmed by tour groups, which it does have, but we really enjoyed our stay. We only saw the tour groups when they checked in. After that the hotel was quiet, despite the pool and coffee shop construction. The new pool will be a great addition and it’s probably done by now. The hotel also has coin-op laundry, which was helpful after a live-aboard dive boat. It’s near several really good restaurants, massage places, the museums, and a coffee shop, which is perfect for breakfast out of the hotel. The location is good for experiencing Koror. Recommended especially for the price and location!
