Did not expect this quality in Koror, Palau. Lobby was big and clean. Attendants to make your stay carefree where everywhere. Front desk was well versed in hospitality and always with a smile. The rooms where clean with everything one might need for a good stay. Granted, the rooms may be dated for some people, but they were good for my wife and I with a great view... and we did not intend to stay in our rooms when in Palau.
There is a good gym on the premises, pool for adults and for kids, great sunning area with plenty of space, an open bar & grill at lobby level with a view, very good breakfast buffet restaurant (int’l), Palau Diving Adventures rated as #1 on the island HQ, twin elevators, and a nicely laidout lobby, and the rooms were quiet (surprisingly) spa & sauna.
The hotel is in the center of the small town that allows one to pick what you want to suit your needs for food shopping to eateries... it’s an easy going kind of place (slow pace). If not to your taste a $5-6 dollar taxi will take to just about anywhere else to hang-out or to eat.
The hotel can pick you up from the airport at anytime for $15 per person, so make sure the hotel knows this and they will have their driver be there. Arrival and departure times from Palau are sometimes very late or very early, it’s just the way United Airlines has it set up for their Int’l flights.
If your a diver, then your set. Palau Diving Adventures (PDA) are located in a small room at pool level next to elevators and if you blink you’ll miss the place. These folks are first class in part atributed to sustainable diving and caring for the environment and it shows in practice. If interested contact the head coordinator Cheryl, you’ll be presently surprised how organized she is.
Palasia hotel is nice, comfortable, organized and has all you need for a good time.

We had a wonderful time in Palau, this is a nice Hotel and the staff are very helpful. They helped us book tours to the Rock Islands which were superb. IMPAC tours were excellent, as was coordination with the Palasia Hotel. A very quiet and comfortable place to sleep. The Canoe House pub is just across the road (if you want a range of American beers).

The hotel was quiet when I was there. It's Asian food most of the time, something I miss. It's near many shops and restaurants. Everyone was accommodating and service with a smile. My room was very comfortable and the architecture of the hotel is very unique and beautiful.

Room is big and clean. Breakfast buffet is delicious 😋, lots of choices, I recommend to try their sauna 🧖♂️. Duty free shopping is best. They have swimming pool but only 3feet deep☹️...best for kids...

Stayed at the Palasia as part of a package tour and the experience was just o.k. It is worn and tired looking, the rooms are clean, but there is an ant problem, so don't leave anything sweet laying around. The top floor observation deck is chained and padlocked leaving one to view the rock islands from the inside walkway. One of the pools is no longer in service, so it was boarded over and artificial turff placed on top to creating an ugly looking deck with tables and chairs.
The hotel was part of the Outrigger hotel gp, but was bought out about 3 yrs ago by a private owner, the staff tell me that since then, the hotel has gone downhill and has fallen into disrepair. Breakfast was nothing special. We were not in our room that much, so it met our needs. Would not stay there again.

Finding a nice hotel is a plus that makes travelling experience a pleasurable one. Just like what I had during my stay at Palau. I stayed in Palasia for a month and I have to say that it was one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Indeed it felt like home away from home. The staff which were mostly Filipino especially the ever energetic Mandi, really made me feel welcome and were all very friendly. The rooms were always kept clean too. The location was also good because it's near the restaurants, supermarket and souvenir shops.
There was free wi-fi but at the lobby and bar only, would be nicer if the rooms have too :) And also I think it will be great if they have their own business center.
But overall, the hotel was very good and highly recommendable. And I will surely be staying there in my next visits to Palau.

Just spent the past week at the lovely Palasia, the staff greet me by name and always have a smile for me. Special mention to Mandi, who is a joy to deal with. Great location in town, easy to walk anywhere you need to be. The rooms are big and kept in good condition. Breakfast is good, lots of choice and it changes every day. I travel as a solo woman, for diving, so it's important that I stay somewhere I feel safe, and I always do at this hotel. Looking forward to returning next year!

Just spent 11 nights at the Palasia - my third visit for diving. Love staying here as the staff are so helpful, it's right in town which makes it easy to walk everywhere and go to the supermarket and restaurants etc. I travel alone, and feel very safe here. Rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Happy to answer any questions that people may have.

I wasn't planning to stay at this hotel but when my wife and I missed our flight we ended up here. Wait, I should tell the story properly. My wife and I were hanging out at the Drop Off Bar at Neco Dive and we had met this lovely lady named Miss Margie. Miss Margie is the executive Chef at the Palasia hotel. She listened to our story of missing our flight and she immediately called the Palasia and got us a room for the next couple of days at a discounted rate. Who does this for people? Miss Margie that is who! (Such a lovely lady with a great family) Much like Miss Margie the staff of the hotel was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. I can tell you this was certainly not case at other more expensive hotels we stayed at during our trip. The hotel itself used to be an Outrigger and it is a high quality establishment; nice clean rooms, lovely decor, and a great pool. As opposed to many of the hotels in Palau this hotel caters to Western clientele as well as Asian clientele; there is a nice variety of TV channels here as well. We only ate in the restaurant one time and it was delicious; we had breakfast. I did have a couple drinks in the bar and it had a fine selection of beer and hard alcohol. One of the best things about this hotel is that is located in the center of town and it is close to many shops and restaurants.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. I hope that helps and travel safe everyone!

There is a restaurant at the hotel but I didn't eat there so not sure what they can provide. Regardless there is a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, I'm sure one of them would have something suitable.
There are more places to choose from in the Koror area.
