The Palau Pacific Resort is the Eden's nest of Palau sitting on 64 acres of lush tropical gardens with the great Pacific ocean caressing its pristine white sand beach. This luxury resort features 165 rooms decorated in an island motif setting including amenities of a world class resort.
Star ratings are intended to indicate the general level of features, amenities, and services to expect. This property is classified according to Giata.
The hotel is located in a secluded area, far from the city center, but the hotel has its own dock, and the boat can be sent directly to the hotel's dock when returning from the sea. The hotel's site is relatively large compared to other Palau hotels. It has its own beach. The sea water is not deep, so you can play in the water or even snorkel. There is also a small hill on the beach with a pavilion for watching the sunset, which is very beautiful at sunset. The hotel also has a place for water houses, but hotel guests who do not have this type of room cannot visit it. I guess the price will be very expensive. The hotel provides Kayak, which is not free, and costs more than 20 US dollars per hour. In addition, there are snorkeling goggles for rent, and life jackets are free. The hotel's swimming pool is very sunny during the day, but it is very good to swim at sunset or at night. All the rooms in the hotel are the same, only one floor and one second floor. We asked for a room on the second floor. Although the room is not big, the roof is a slope roof with various patterns like the local men's club in Palau, which is very beautiful. The room is equipped with a hot water kettle that Chinese people like, and other Palau hotels do not have such a kettle. There are three types of rooms: seaside, sea view, and garden view. In fact, the garden view is already very good, relatively quiet, and the environment is also lush. If you don't mind the noise, you can book a more expensive room by the sea. There is a beautiful shared swimming pool here. The hotel also organizes a nearby Nature Trail sightseeing activity at 2 pm. We only stayed for one day and didn't participate. There is another hotel with only 7 villas on the mountain behind the hotel. The view must be very good when you climb up and look far. I originally wanted to visit it, but I booked a small plane to travel around the Palau Islands. Taking a small plane is really an unforgettable experience. I recommend everyone to try it if you have time.

The resort is exactly what we expected for a remote island 5 star resort. Some things were a bit dated but overall the resort and staff were first class. Our room was an Ocean View, well appointed with spa toiletries, thick bathsheet towels, robes and slippers. Fresh fruit was waiting for us in the room as well as complimentary water, Coke and beer along with coffee and tea. The bed was huge, two double beds pushed together. There was a large drying rack for wet clothes as well as a line in the shower. A small private patio was outside with a great view of the bay. The included breakfast buffet was generous, plentiful and delicious. If you could not find something to eat, you were the problem. We had several meals in the restaurant and they were all well prepared and tasty. Simple sandwiches and burgers were huge. All open air eating but no bugs. The bar was adjacent and always lively in the afternoon. The pool was deep blue, clean and clear and complimented the beach and bay for swimming. We used the Elisia spa for a tension release massage and the ladies from Bali did not disappoint. Others in our group also used the spa and raved about the service and treatments they received. Staff was eager to great you and ask if you needed anything as well as get to know you as a guest. Does it look like the modern 5 star hotels in the States, no. It is on a remote island that is very hard to get to and provides as classy of a resort as you can get in the middle of the South Pacific.

We stayed at the Palau Pacific Resort for 11 nights. This was my 3rd time back. The stay was lovely . The property is wonderful and everybody who works here is so friendly and helpful. Lucy and her staff did everything to make us feel at home. Whether it is the front desk people, the restaurant staff or the pool boys, they are all wonderful and service oriented people. We had fresh flowers on our bed every morning after cleaning and everybody is smiling when you see them. Every morning we enjoyed sitting down for a great breakfast enjoying the ocean view. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. The bath rooms could use some update - but giving that everything else is so wonderful, this is very minor. We will definitely come back. One of the nicest and relaxing places I have been too. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

All the reviews on the most beautiful hotel in Palau date from before covid and everything has changed 😢 The complex is magnificent with a dream beach, a superb swimming pool, a jacuzzi, lush vegetation... In short, a real postcard. A top-notch place for snorkeling with many species of fish and very beautiful and very large giant clams. We decided to end our vacation on the island by breaking the bank and treating ourselves to 3 nights in this paradise. Except that following covid nothing is the same. There are no longer 3 bars but only 1, no longer 3 restaurants but only 1, plus everything that was offered before. On the other hand, the price of the room is still high, so there is something wrong. The establishment is aging with a lot of things to renovate. The room was large but the same, everything seriously lacks maintenance. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment for us because the menu is unsuitable for the establishment, burger, nachos, pizza, few fish and when we catch the catch of the day it's always the same fish. In addition, the prices charged are exorbitant for the quality and quantity offered. It's very annoying because the hotel is isolated and to go eat elsewhere you have to pay for a taxi (unbelievable price). On the other hand, the buffet breakfast is great and, there, up to par with a huge choice and the pastries are really very good. The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. In summary, this hotel has a dream setting but the quality/price ratio is far too high for the services currently offered.

PPR is a lovely hotel beautifully sited in an exquisite setting in the paradise that is Palau. I was traveling with a group from Scripps Oceanography to explore this island nation and to see the ongoing research being done there to combat climate change and to preserve and protect the coral reefs and the flora and fauna of the rock islands. The hotel staff were all so nice, accommodating and helpful, food was good, rooms were clean and spacious. Our group meals were held in various locations around the property, most outdoors with beautiful views. The hotel’s beach is perfect for snorkeling, and its dock allows easy access to boats which took us to various locations for snorkeling and kayaking. The spa is equipped for massage and facials and services were good and reasonably priced.

As pictured and the snorkelling is not too bad from the private beach. I took a stand up board out to the buoys and around the overwater resort areas and it was crystal clear water with lovely coral but I didnt see any larger marine life like turtles. Food was great, but I recommend Elilai seafood if you want an alternative that is also on the water (and they will come and pick you up and drop you back too!). On my snorkelling tour, they dropped me back straight at the hotel pier which was super-convenient given we were drenched by the rain (although the snorkelling seemed to be in the rain pauses thankfully so not that bad). The staff are really very friendly and helpful. Tennis court being renovated and some building in late Dec 2024. Gym is small but has a few free weights, weight machines and cycle/treadmills. Pool was a great place to chill but quite busy at times.

What an amazing location. We toured the hotel and saw all the different types of rooms - even the stunning private bungalows where film royalty have stayed!
Stunning location, right on the shore with snorkelling and swimming in the warm waters straight from the beach.
The in-house dive company was fully booked, but the facilities and fact that you board their boats off the private jetty is awesome.
All meals, from the incredible buffet breakfast through to room service were excellent.
The staff were impeccable and absolutely lovely. Knew us so well in such a short time.
Utterly peaceful in beautiful surroundings, Perfect for a complete 'get away from it all' with everything you need on site at the resort.
Highly recommend this location. beautiful rooms, showers, linen and beds. Felt like royalty.

We had the most amazing weeklong stay at Palau Pacific. We are coming from Guam and the timing of the flights. There were brutal with two young children, but the hotel was incredibly accommodating and did what they could. The food was great Not amazing. The thing that made this place, so incredible aside from the views and amenities was the people. Eugene and tedoforo? Were two of the most amazing and went above and beyond to care for my family and my children, but pretty much ever went at their resort did. The gym is small and could use some improvements however, most people here are clearly going to Dive. The hotel was great with making arrangements for this and even for the smile air, which was incredibly fun and worth it. Even have toys that The kids can play with at the pool. Breakfast buffet was great. The rooms were clean. Plenty of frogs and lizards for the kids to Chase. Overall it was an incredible trip. The pillows were not that great however. The location is pretty remote so you can’t walk to other restaurants restaurants.

The property is immaculate. I appreciate the welcome drink upon arrival. they was a bit of a mix-up which allowed me for a complimentary upgrade at least for one night. My suite facing the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The service was excellent, the people are extremely friendly and accommodatable. The only reason I did not rate five stars was because I got dress coded at breakfast The first day I wore shorts with a bikini top and was told to put something else on. The next day I wore a fishnet type top over my bikini top still wearing shorts and told to put something else on. It's a beach resort most of your customers are from the US I believe and I don't feel that I was indecent (picture below). That was the only disappointing thing oh and the prices absolutely outrageous. The dinner buffet was $52 and change, needless to say I didn't eat lunch or dinner just breakfast. Unfortunately I would not be able to come back due to the extreme pricing, and my suggestion would be to loosen up on the dress code please. thank you

It's been 10 years since my last visit to Palau. I regretted my stay at the plantation last time, so this time I stayed at the most expensive hotel in Palau to reduce stress during my stay.
The plan included free transportation to Koror Airport, but due to a mistake by the hotel, the transportation did not arrive, and I was "uneasy about the future" after arriving...
However, the staff member Chris responded to my request with great effort and sincerity.
Even during my stay thereafter, whenever he saw me, he would ask me if I needed anything, and he was very considerate.
Thanks to Chris, I was able to stay with peace of mind. Thank you!
He is a very honest, serious, hardworking, and reliable staff member.

※Palau has many power outages, but this hotel generates its own power, so it is not affected even when the city is experiencing a power outage. (The same goes for Palau Royal Resort)
