Nothing fancy, just a basic hotel. We arrived around 2am, and our room was ready. Uses a dumb waiter system to bring bags up from the lobby. Good restaurant right across from entrance, okay breakfast buffet on the water.

I mean the hotel is ok when you are going for diving and you do dives whole day and just taking shower and rest at the hotel. But for my opinion the hotel is too expensive for the quality they provide. There is nothing special, really not.

We stayed for one week in an apartment with kitchen and two separate bedrooms. It is a really good place for a family, and also a relatively good price (as good as it gets in Palau). Clean, no luxury though. Good aircondition, TV. Internet works via PNCC, where you have to buy the cards. We were told it only worked...

The Good - 3am airport pick-up / check-in flawless - 3-stories, lift for baggage only - along the main road, but still quiet - good sized room for 3-pax, quiet split-type aircon, small ref - fresh towels & bedding, good mattress & pillows - tired bathroom, with glasses and complete condoments - kettle & cups, but no spoon, coffee or...

We chose this hotel since it was near Sam's Tours where we did our diving and Antelope Diving/Tours was also just behind this establishment, who did a fantastic job with our Milky Way/Clam Snorkelling/Jelly Fish lake excursion. There is also a restaurant just beside it and a food mart across the street. The room we occupied had good air-conditioning, of...

We stayed for only a few hours after disembarking a cruise ship and a Jellyfish Lake tour before boarding our long flight home. There is no elevator so your luggage goes up via a dumb waiter. We had to figure it out for ourselves but not too hard. Just unexpected. I would not have wanted to spend the night. We...

Clean spacious rooms, firm bed, flat screen TV (but did not use it), A/C, mini frig, teapot and in-room safe. No restaurant on site but several within walking distance. Two convenience stores within sight of hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to two major dive shops; Sam's and Neco. Simple but nice. Internet is very limited (slow) on...

The accommodations were perfect for my dive trip. The dive shop was within walking distance and a few decent restaurants even though I had breakfast in the restaurant affiliated with the hotel. That was also decent. The rooms are big with a safe and a refrigerator. My dive trip was a side trip from the Philippines. As you all know...

This West Plaza Hotel has all you might need... a clean room, a good bed, air aconditioning, TV, complete bath but, don't look for any luxuries... in fact, is looking a bid old but, for Palau, rate price per night is competitive...

Since we had overdone with drinking, last night instead of returning to the boat we decided to take a room. Kindly we have been given and we must say that although it is a three-star is pretty cool, does not lack anything, including air conditioning! Had breakfast, again all good to delight the start of the day. Now we have...
