A wonderful place to stay . It’s in down town Koror right opposite to Taj Palau . Very courteous staff . As an Indian Traveller I recommend this hotel for all Indian travellers. Hotel is great! First, Mark and Jan were the best. They not only helped with all hotel questions, but they also helped me arrange tours, which was very important as this was difficult since Palau recently eased tourism restrictions. They also helped me calculate best value and consider options I hadn’t, such as taking a very scenic flight above the islands. Hotel is immaculate and rivals name brand hotels. It looks modern! Everything was so clean and new. AC and hot water were functioning properly. Free bottled water, snacks, very delicious breakfast, and strong WiFi rounded off a great stay. Location couldn’t be better, as it’s close to restaurants and stores to stock up on food or anything forgotten, such as sunscreen, bug spray, food, and drinks. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It’s a great value and you can’t go wrong.

I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was greeted by name everytime I walked through the door. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. Everything is spotlessly clean and the lobby always smelled nice when you walked in. It is a short walk to restaurants, shops, ATM, etc. All the activities I did, offered pick up from the hotel. The staff were very helpful helping me find something to do for the 2 days I didn't have diving planned. Due to Covid, there was not many available options but the persevered and I had something to do every day. If you want a clean central location with exceptional staff to use as a base for activities you can't go wrong.

We were not expecting too much as we had booked the cheapest hotel we could find in Palau at short notice but we were very pleasantly surprised. It’s centrally located and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was extremely clean and they provided breakfast too.
What made it stand out for us was the reception staff and their unfailingly warm welcome every time we returned from a trip or a restaurant. They kindly helped us make all sorts of reservations too. They were wonderful!
This is not a luxury hotel so if you’re expecting that, this is not for you but if you’re looking for a good value for money stay in Palau with friendly staff, you can’t go wrong here!

Nice staff, convenient location with restaurants and a supermarket near by. Room is simple and clean. LOTS of stairs, no elevator. WiFi in room is VERY UNRELIABLE, even if they reboot the multiple routers. I couldn't connect for hours during my stay or the connection lasted only a few minutes at a time. I was told I could hang out in the lobby for better WiFi, but the point of booking a room is to be in the room!! An extremely frustrating situation. I won't book here again specifically because of lack of consistent internet.

Great place to stay - excellent value for money. The wifi isn’t the best but the ladies at the reception are extremely friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast is a decent spread. Toiletries can be better managed and that’s the one thing I would like to point as negative. AC location isn’t the best so the room takes forever to cool. Firstly, the location is absolutely fantastic; right in front of two shopping centers in Koror, both of which are no doubt easily accessible. Secondly, the room we stayed in, which is a classic double, was so clean and tidy, and was equipped with more than adequate amenities for its price. (We’ve seen worse hotels that charged higher prices.). Just make sure to bring your own pajamas or comfy clothes to sleep in, that’s pretty much everything you must have to stay in this hotel.
You can enjoy hearty breakfast every morning which its friendly staff ask your preference, and the staff are super friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to Palau. Highly recommended.
