Beautiful accommodation with amazing views! We saw dolphins swimming by every day and even saw 4 times a whale. It has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, large double bed to amazing views from the deck where you have a daybed and even an outdoor bath. We were welcomed very well by Avi and Lau on our arrival, and you could contact them also anytime when needed. Thanks again Avi for assisting us with sorting out our rental car issue! They also have a restaurant in town with delicious dishes. Highly recommended and we absolutely will stay again on our next visit to Niue!
From the booking process, all the way through to arrival and departure, we had a 5 star experience. Thank you so much to Avi and Lau for hosting us in your holiday accommodation for the first week of our honeymoon. We have already recommended your place to our friends and family due to your hospitality and responsiveness. We can't wait to come back and see whales at the doorstep from the stunning vista (in the balcony bathtub, or daybed). Thank you again for making our stay so memorable.
Absolutely stunning sea outlook to view both the whales & dolphins swimming by. Accommodation was excellent with a large bed looking out to sea plus the top deck with a bath on it to view the whales and drink bubbly
Fantastic location and views ... breathtaking vistas over the reef ... the jewel colours of the ocean and the contrasting reef hues are simply amazing. The outdoor bath on the upstairs deck is a true indulgence. A paradise for couples. But the harsh coastal environment of the tropics is beginning to take its toll on the paintwork and metal appliances ... please maintain Lau's as a 5 star venue not to be beaten ... it is so worth it!
Beautiful location, very quiet with views across the reef and glorious sunsets. The house is very spacious, very well furnished and immaculate. Full kitchen so self-catering is a joy. The upper balcony features a day bed and a two person bath - great star gazing with a glass of wine. Spinner dolphins put on a display each day as they follow the tide along the reef edge. You need a car. The supermarket near the airport is good for dry, canned and frozen foods - all from NZ, and The Bond is next door for your beer and wine. Not so great for fresh fruit and veg - but you CAN take pretty much anything in as long as you declare it and take your shopping receipts with you to show customs. The Niue immigration website i has full details. Driving is an interesting experience, particularly after heavy rain, as the roads can develop pot-holes. But it is worth it. Some of the best snorkelling in the Pacific, excellent coral and plenty of reef fish. And make sure to visit Kaiiki- the sushi is superb!…
